Judge: Married women can't divorce in Alabama

And this is why the laws NOT recognizing legal marriages from another state NEED to be overturned.......this is just ANOTHER way that shows that our legal marriages are NOT truly treated equally like the legal marriages of opposite-sex couples!!!

If an opposite-sex couple lives in a different state from the one they got married in.....this DOESN'T happen and if it did, they'd be screaming all over the place!!!

ALL legal marriages NEED to be recognized by EVERY state regardless of what state the couple actually lives in!!!

It's not about same sex marriage, really. You see, in Alabama no woman, period, can get a divorce without her husband's permission....
