These queers are getting way out of control.
Where does it say they were caught stealing? I didn't see that.

From the article:
The story begins in February 2010 when a separate employee was fired for stealing gift cards and money. During an interview with a loss prevention specialist, the employee began alleging wrongdoing on the parts of other employees, one of whom was Richard Glisson who had been a cake decorator for the chain for ten years. He claimed that Glisson had given him a red velvet cake bar, which was in violation of store policy.
When asked about this, Glisson admitted to giving the employee the cake,
Publix fired Glisson for his transgression
There are such things as being fired for different reasons but some places want to get rid of people because they are a minority they disapprove of. We really don't know all the details of either side and we weren't there.

Why would they have to pay him that money if they weren't found in the wrong?

This "queer" is 100,000 dollars richer than you. Maybe he can lend you money so you can buy yourself an IQ.

The queer hasn't collected one dime yet stupid.
FTA
District Manager David Thoman testified that his sole reason for terminating Mr. Glisson was for his 'admissions of theft,'
Publix is appealing the decision.
The Human Rights Board has found the bigoted store guilty of discrimination. Yet one more thing for you to stamp your little feet and cry about.

I remember when Cracker Barrel got sued in the $$ millions for firing an employee for being gay many years ago. There are many bigoted businesses and they just need to keep getting sued.

One wonders when these bigots will realize this is 2014. They have to cling to thier way of thinking to feel superior over others.

Well, in the case of restaurants, there is a genuine health concern.
Customers don't like to see a homosexual preparing or serving their food.

Nobody wants you, a WV homophobe, in their restaurant because you're still uncivilized.

Oh, they prefer a STRAIGHT person who may have a sexually transmitted disease to prepare and serve their food. Or are you and they so dense you think a straight person is less likely to have a disease? It all comes down to good old fashioned bigotry.
