I like the way Terrorist Lively's lawyers screech about Terrorist Lively's 'First Amendment Right to Free Speech'
.
Um; the First Amendment Right to Free Speech does not apply in Uganda
.
So Terrorist Lively isn't going to have much of a lively defense in this case
.
I can hear that cast iron door to the dungeon slamming shut for the last time

ALL their attention is on not being too controversial for the upcoming midterm election cycle.
The RNC just fired it's warning shot across the bow of the media by openly stating that CNN and NBC are to be out of contention for hosting debates for the next two election cycles. There's absolutely no indication that they had wanted to do so, but the RNC message is clear.
btw: been following this season of "The Newsroom" ?

In most cases this is no loss. Sometimes, though ... there's an Aaron Sorkin.
