Authorities should look for evidence that this "Hate Crime" has been staged. Every gay now wants to be a Gay Crusader, earning himself either 15 minutes of fame and/or a big payday. The gay propensity for rationalization makes it easy to justify his actions to himself.

That looks like it hurt a bit. For future reference, ALWAYS let the police take you to the hospital, and be sure that crime photos are taken.

Every human being has a right to remain free from harm, but the gays increase the danger to themselves by intentionally conflating the issue of homosexuality with the more contentious issues of gay marriage and gay parenting.

So you think Junior Esquire, J Esquire, Junior E., are "different names"? Wow, the homosexual mind is even more paranoid than I thought!

Can't you give someone the benefit of the doubt? Of course you can't because you are blatantly prejudice against gays.

Isn't what you are saying the same as someone saying a woman wouldn't get raped if she didn't dress so skimpy? The ones who beat up on the gays are the ones lacking self control and it should reflect worse on their own character.

"Can't you give someone the benefit of the doubt?" I'm simply expressing a doubt regardless of who it benefits. Therefore, it cannot be prejudice.

Buncyblawg-com wrote: <quoted text> So, you have rats in your trailer. The people who committed this assault and battery-- assault, beat, and wound (an aggravated assault)-- cannot be charged with a hate-crime because North Carolina has no such legislation. Furthermore, NC will never benefit by any such laws as long as the Republicans, who to the last one of them are homophobes, dominate our general assembly. With regard to the Asheville police following up on these despicable offenses against innocent tourists in the heart of our downtown, a homophobic POS like yourself can gloat that your champion is Asheville Police Department. APD reeks with corruption; bribery; extortion; an evidence room scandal of huge proportions; fabrication of crimes and evidence; discrimination; a corrupt District Attorney, mayor, and city manager; a wild pack of cops who get off on police brutality; sexual harassment; testiliers who commonly perjure themselves in court; selective enforcement of the law; and a low internal morale which proclaims Asheville's police force has disintegrated into a mass of organized crime. So don't expect anything to come of this bloody assault which should be punished as a hate crime. The evidence certainly does not indicate that the two victims made all this up. "cannot be charged with a hate-crime because North Carolina has no such legislation." I wasn't sure about NC law, that's why I put "Hate Crime" in parentheses. You sound like you have a large dose of hatred, at least as large as the perps. I hate to interrupt your rant, but review my post #3, where I said "Every human being has a right to remain free from harm". So I would have no problem with the perps being punished.
