I’m not surprised that the pillow biter in charge is happy…

Anybody that thinks it’s a good idea for the government to but into a union between 2 people and god is a fool…the court is judging something that they and California have no business being involved in…

Ok so if you are against gay marriage you are a no good SOB. I mean is that what Obama is really saying. I thought he was going to bring Americans together and all I have seen in more divison that he has caused.
Yes, you're a bunch of ignorant bigots.

Can't wait for the first same-sex couple to move into base housing in Virginia or Texas or Georgia etc!

Thank you Sec Hagel for announcing ALL service members would be treated equally regardless of where they are stationed!!

Your fairytale creature has no bearing on my marriage at all. The civil govt which issues ALL marriage licenses DOES.

They won't be treated equally until straight men get to shower and share housing with straight women. We are attracted to each other in the same way that you are attracted to men. I want equality.

You STILL aren't married in your home state. Your state constitution bans it.

as I said marriage is between 2 people and god…the state has power only because you give it to them…the government gets its power from the people…this is government in the bedroom…does your feeling change for someone because the government say so? Of course not…all this is because people what certain handouts the government gives them if they concede and take their paperwork of control.

Oh, the sore loser from Massachusetts is back, still fixated on a gay man seeing his tiny pecker in the shower. Don't worry, they won't be interested in you.

Nope, I'm still married regardless of whether Michigan recognizes it or not. And now I get the same federal rights/benefits as every other married couple in the US.

Don't dodge the truth. They don't know what to do with you.

Men don't share quarters with women because they are attracted to each other.
Women don't share quarters with men because they are attracted to each other.

Using the 'because they are attracted to each other' rule, what do they do with openly gay men and women?

Have you come up with a compelling state interest serve by denying same sex couples equal protection of the law to marry yet?

Here's a clue Wondering, the US Supreme Court gave marriage equality a powerful legal tool to take apart state gay marriage bans yesterday.

Men bunk with men, women bunk with women, just as they've always done.

Settled issue.

Nope, still married regardless of where I live. That's why I'll be filing my tax return as married this year.

Yep, and the federal judge is about to overturn Michigan's ban now that DOMA has been overturned (see DeBoer v Snyder).

No, it's not settled. Gay men are sexually attracted to other men.
Unless straight men and women can bunk together they are being discriminated against.
