Does this mean that down on the border the girls can now marry their donkeys?

It's another excuse for the GOPasaurs to torpedo immigration reform and thereby torpedo their chance at taking the Senate in '14 or the White House in '16 and beyond.

Keep up the good work!

The Democrats don't have the votes for their illegal alien amnesty bill. They never leearn. They had a shot, then they piled on a bunch of crap until their own people won't vote for it. These guys have to stand for reelection in a year. They like their cushy job.

Which is all the more reason why I believe the immigration bill should not be muddied up with additional complications that might threaten its passage.

Mind you, I think the same-sex provision is an important issue, and should be taken up, but seperately. In fact I believe it would have a better chance once the basic immigration hurdle is overcome.

Oh to have the never ending bliss of marriage.
Divorce lawyers are salivating at the prospect.
I wish marriage on all of them. Good luck.

I really don't care either way. If the bill fails, the GOPasaurs will get trounced in the next elections for opposing immigration reform. If the bill passes, the Dems get all the credit and STILL do well in the next elections.

It's a win-win for the Dems; a lose-lose for the GOPasaurs.

But also a lose-lose for current immigrants.

Unlike the 50%+ of heteros, I don't need a divorce lawyer- good or otherwise.

Why would anyone have to answer to some guy who lives in the apartment above them? What does he have to do with their lives? Maybe he should try minding his own damn business.

Yeah, because that "anyone but Obama" worked so well in '12?

Dems win the White House in '16 regardless of who runs.

Wow, 2% of the gay public is going to really sway the country instead of the truth about Benghazi.
