They probably think that women can avoid getting pregnant too by squeezing the sperm out of them too... wingnuts!

Sort of like how condoms cause AIDS too!

I went to a Clovis unified school, and I am so happy to finally see something that resembles change blowing in our very extremely hot wind. Clovis unified is a power obsessed giant that churns out beautiful mindless idiots. What else is there to do with your time when you where raised to do nothing else but birth and raise the next generation of hateful right wing crazies? It sad to see people having their babies as soon as they leave high school. Better sex ed should look deeper into the idea of forming who you are before your ready to form someone else. I am so greatfull I didn't get pregnant all the times I had unprotected sex because I didn't have courage to buy condoms. Buying condoms felt like buying drugs. All sins are equal...blah blah blah. I'm so glad to not have to go to school there anymore but now to get out of this town.

Yeah, this is unrealistic, pure stupidity. It's teaching not reality or science but a *philosophy* which is based in non-reality, does not touch upon the reality of humanity, and *clearly and demonstrably* causes problems PRIMA FACIE, the moment you look at what is being taught.

Lies based in "philosophy" which is nonsensical and does not deal with reality must stop. I applaud this lawsuit so damn loudly you have no idea. Ultimately, the ultraconservative despise "activist judges" because lawsuits are constantly forcing them to face reality.

This part of the article really made me snicker and become astounded with their stupidity all at the same time:

".... suggest that men are unable to stop themselves once they become sexually aroused, according to the lawsuit."

Men unable to face responsibility evidently wrote this textbook. "My penis made me do it" is their motto.

"States with sex ed and health classes that stress “abstinence-only” education rank the highest in the numbers of underage pregnancies."

Ask Sarah Palin how well abstinence-only education works.

Years ago, I used to feel bad for these people -- not kidding -- and I would genuinely have felt that something like this might be harsh.

This culture war has changed all that.

I don't care if she's crying into her pillow every night, I say *slam* her and her ilk at every opportunity. Enough is god-effing-damn enough, they won't stop, they're determined to behave like Nazi rapists, and I have no sympathy or empathy for them anymore. I even figured out why.

I have sympathy and empathy for people who *act like* human beings. These people? Not at all. I even say this for health reasons at this point: The antigay vitriol and vomit is so ugly that I *HONESTLY, GENUINELY* believe it's important to put it back on them rather than to "live with" it in any way whatsoever. Far more importantly, however, standing up to this "conservative" filth can save the lives of teenagers who see adults like them acting like puking, stupid babies and can harm *themselves* because of it.

Here in the "Central Valley" Clovis may only be "the tip of the ice berg". How many of School Districts are doing this but haven't been caught...yet?

Stuff like this makes me so sad and angry..Why do we have to indulge this religious ignorance in our schools and government? People are NOT this stupid in Europe, they have actual concern for the betterment their society. Why can't the US be more like that, instead of this ignorant, greedy, judgmental, discriminatory free for all?

this doesn't surprise me at all... why should it you... any grown adult who needs an imaginary friend to explain the world along with the great 2000 year old comic book by his or her very nature simply can't grasp the real world and there belief in morazz stuff like this is just there way of living. they simply are dumb and have no business leading anyone let alone kids...

christianity survives by the simple minds of the mental midget

Now boys and girls... here's some more words of wisdom brought to you by the repuglican christardo riech

"Well you know, people always want to try to make that as one of those things, well how do you, how do you slice this particularly tough sort of ethical question. First of all, from what I understand from doctors, that’s really rare. If it’s a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down. But let’s assume that maybe that didn’t work or something. I think there should be some punishment, but the punishment ought to be on the rapist and not attacking the child."
