That makes four cases the US Government has asked SCOTUS to review. I bet the fundies are getting VERY nervous. All it takes is for DOMA to fall and then all those State anti marriage amendments will become moot. ANY gay couple can travel to New York (or other States that allow it) and get married and the federal government will then recognize their marriage. I wonder who the fundies will choose to pick on next? ANYONE but themselves!

The subversion of the Justice Department by Communist Democrats using infiltration of perverts into various levels of government to attack morality established for 6000 years is simply a continued attack on America herself. Having 1% of the population establishing value systems for the other 99% is the behavior of every tyranny on Earth. Until Americans have the strength of character to stand up to these freaks, saying enough is enough, America will continue to be ruled by the drugs and depravity they misuse to destroy our families, our communities, our churches and our very concept of Law.

The vast majority of Americans want normal lives. Homosexuals guarantee them nothing but abnormal lives and have given them nothing but abnormality and constant exhibitions of depravity.

The big question will be does the SCOTUS accept any of these cases now, or will they put them all on hold until they're been through their respective circuit appeals court.

2 of the cases (Pedersen & Windsor) haven't been heard by the 2nd circuit yet.

I'd be willing to bet the SCOTUS simply sends those cases back to the 2nd circuit and delays the other 2 until all 4 are ready. That's give them a perfect excuse to delay taking any of the DOMA cases right now.

We'll find out on Sept 24th- or soon thereafter.

No

We won't be affecting straight people's lives in any way; shape; or form until we get our breeding zoo open and keep them in cages

'Religion' is the culprit that guarantees abnormality and constant exhibitions of depravity

They HAVE to be against someone so their panicking idiots will continue to send them money to fight the imaginary horrors they're instructed to be terrified of.

My guess is that single mothers and/or divorced parents will be their next target for demonization after the gays aren't so lucrative anymore....

Big fallacy. Your definition of normal is pure nonsense. Normal is a subjective term referring to what is within the statistical bell curve 'norm.' It is perfectly normal that a small percentage of individuals exist outside the norm. It is 'normal' for a heterosexual to seek a partner of the opposite sex. It is also 'normal' for a homosexual to seek a partner of the same sex.

Such self serving logic would say that humans should not have put effort into eliminating cannibals. Every species on Earth limits and actively diminishes the impact of same-sex behaviors and justifiably so.

Comparing destructive, abnormal human behaviors to show the limited nature of your assertion "It is perfectly normal that a small percentage of individuals exist outside the norm" is not a red herring. It may be normal for certain abnormalities to surface and exert influence, but it is also normal for the dominant population to excise them, or keep them in check.

Evidently bonobos and dolphins didn't get this press release. You might want to notify them.

Quite awhile ago, I read a science-fiction story in a gay magazine about gay dolphins and I wish I had saved it because it was a really good story.
