Close-minded? How about the fact that YOU may be close-minded thinking that one who recognizes the sin of homosexuality does not fear them, hate them, or shun them. They do NOT have the act upon their desires - THAT is what makes it a sin. hose who make comments about Christ-like and Christians and are not one themselves confuse me. It's a personal decision - not based on what others do.
So with an open mind I will ask you if you don't fear them, hate them, or shun them do you embrace them as another child of God because everybody sins.

So much venom from the non Christian ,you seem to hate the fact that we have a guide book and try our best to live by it.The bible says its sin,so it is.now do I still love the sinner?yes indeed.all sin is sin.I wouldn't allow a drunk or a dope head to be envolved with kids either .

I think you are still young. Back to the issue and your turning away from God. There is also a scripture that you may know -'And on that day, EVERY knee shall bow and EVERY tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.' What you are trying to do is make a 'sin list.' When we are redeemed through Christ, our sins are forgiven: past, present, future. However, to CHOOSE a lifestyle that shames the name of Jesus should indicate that we have not seriously ask Him to come into our lives. Instead of mystical, I think you need to consider that miraculous.

Nah, it hasn't got a thing to do with your 'guidebook' even if most of you only read what you WANT to read instead of going by it as it is, it's the fact that you use it to harass, demean, and otherwise defame others instead of using it to improve yourself. It's the fact that you go out of your way to push your mythology onto others to the detriment of their lives that makes people simply despise to see you and your ilk coming.
I know you've got some lame-ass comment coming back, something about jealous of your righteousness or hate of God, or some other DELUDED answer. Won't work.

And THAT is the thing the gay and lesbian community always try to make go away, and make it sound like it's "discriminating" against them. So narcissistic, that they would rather open the door to the devastating effects of young boys being sexually raped by a pedophile, then just be reasonable and see that they are just trying to protect the boys.
I have seen some male posters on Topix that have openly admitted that they been raped by a pedophile who was in a position of authority when they were a child. And even in their 40-50s, they are so full of rage and messed up over what was done to them as a child, they are complete psychos who post the most disturbingly evil thoughts I have ever read.
So it's not a gay "discrimination" issue, it's a protect the young boys from being exposed to a predator/pedophile and ending up totally messed up psychologically for the rest of their lives. So I think the Boy Scouts have every right to protect the boys from being mentally shattered.
And yet the incidents still happen. It IS discrimination and the lies you use to attempt to justify that discrimination are easily picked apart by any discerning individual, looking like a scripted propaganda commercial instead of an actual 'reason' or showing the movie "Reefer Madness" while claiming it to be a doccumentary.
When a young person is in the presence of an adult, by the very nature of Law the adult is in charge, a position of Authority.
When a child is molested, in 90% of the cases it is done by a family member, a "blended" family, or by a close friend or relative of the family, maybe you should try and step in and try to remove them from their parents, after all it's about 'the children" and trying to do 'what's best" for them, right?.
We've also seen the number of Abuse Scandals in the news, why aren't you advocating for children to avoid Churches?
I'd say, you're simply another garden variety bigot.

Read the earlier comment: On THAT day EVERY knee shall bow, EVERY tongue confess that Jesus is Lord of All. That is NOT 'lame-ass' as you prefer to describe it. Again, I am afraid YOU will be the one too late to recognize this. I am sure you are determined it 'won't work.' That will be something you will have to face--no one can force you, including Christ.

Sorry, I'm still no more worried about your imaginary friend's "someday" speech than you are worried about Ragnarok. Delusional behavior, attempting to insist that only your Religion is the correct one, rates right up there with claiming your imaginary invisible Unicorn is Blue. Sorry, the coercion just won't work.

And you're a Liar. Your Jesus even said that those who look on another with lust in their heart have sinned as surely as if they had done the deed. Regardless of whether or not it's acted upon, by your actual Biblical Standards as stated by the one you claim to worship.
You really should quit trying to argue with Pagans that happen to know your "scripture" a bit better than you do.

I have been watching you. it seems when you get backed into a corner , you resort to the same key words of , hate speech, mythological , bigot,...ect. after that you resort to all kinds of name calling...lol. I almost thought about leaving you aloan, but I cant help myself.
what part of the bible disturbs you so much? give me scripture verse ,and explain why. "its a mythological book" is no longer a viable answer.
scientific studies have been slanted to fit an agenda for decades ,so please don't give me the hawking debate ( it will make me sleepy)
lets talk about what you hate in this book so much pagan. lets talk about the scriptures you don't like, lets see if you take some out of context.
are you ready? I AM !

also please do not insult me for "denying science". for most people over forty, that ship has sailed. "don't eat salt, its bad for you"......its ok to eat salt now. "don't drink coffee, its bad for you".....its healthy to dink coffee now. I can and will give you 1 million examples of ignorant failed science that in fact controlled what the people did (like good little sheep).
lets just talk about what you hate in the book.

Oh yes, it is clearly stated that Satan ,too, knew/knows scripture and tried to use it to tempt Christ. Our Lord God is much bigger than we can even imagine. Really, it is completely futile to deny the existence since God is the Sovereign One. Yes, you are correct that to have lust in one's heart is a sin. That's why we have to rely upon God to be in our hearts to control inappropriate thoughts and concentrate on our relationship with Him, which is totally possible. Against God??? YOU have NO argument. Cannot even imagine to attempt thinking otherwise although it's your choice, but you are incorrect. BIG TIME.

That's interesting, you've yet to back me into a corner at all, must be our delusional state rearing it's head again. You've proven you're a bigot, your beliefs are mythological and you can't leave me "aloan" you have nothing I want, you may leave me ALONE but that is not what you said/typed.

Actually you automatically assume that I'm bothered by your Bible, I'm not, but I find the inherent bigotry behind the assumption quite telling.

Considering you've already presumed to take issue with using authentic Scientific FACT and you haven't even the intelligence to deal with the other quote which showed that your stance is an unsupported biblical Lie, you're not going to get to run this "game". The fact that you have no qualms about bearing False Witness means that any so-called "discussion" that you might attempt to hold would be dubious at best.

"Really, it is completely futile to deny the existence since God is the Sovereign One." It's perfectly rational to reject your claim because you've given no evidence.

"That's why we have to rely upon God to be in our hearts to control inappropriate thoughts and concentrate on our relationship with Him, which is totally possible." You can't have a relationship with an imaginary being.

you accused using scripture , I am allowing you a true platform to begin from. it can be basic ,I don't mind.
