The Appalachian town of Vicco, Kentucky has approved the state’s first LGBT anti-discrimination ordinance in a decade. The measure prohibits employment, housing, and public accommodation discrimination based upon a person’s actual or perceived sexual orientation and gender identity.

Wow, the Cabbage Patch senator's head is going to explode. First Paduka Middle School addresses bullying and now a city passes non-discrimination ordinance. What is Kentucky coming to.
