The National Guard will have to seize BSA National Headquarters to make those ornery sociopaths to stop abusing Boy Scouts

I signed it as well.
The person who denied his Eagle Scout status disgusts me. Especially for that part stating the following:
"Recently, a Scout proactively notified his unit leadership and Eagle Scout counselor that he does not agree to Scouting's principle of 'Duty to God,' and does not meet Scouting's membership standard on sexual orientation."

Fuck the "standard," he meets the standards of being a human being, that's enough. Also, how the hell is he not agreeing with the principle of doing his duty to god?

Scouts are supposed to be about respect, where is it?

On the bright side, if there were ever a case to prove just how f'd a decision the Dale case really was, here it is. You give someone the right to discriminate, they tend to lose the cognitive ability to discriminate as to when exercising that right is going to be a good idea. It kind of makes me wonder if the Boys Scouts CAN BE an organization worth trying to save from itself.
