Teacher's anti-gay marriage button spurs parent protest

A lesbian mother has started an online petition drive urging the Port Angeles School District to prohibit politicking by teachers after an instructor wore a "No on 74" button in her daughter's eighth-grade classroom.

Wear it once, pass it off as an accident, keep wearing it and either they are doing something they know they're not supposed to, or not bright enough to know the rules. Either way, the student should have said something to the teacher or their superiors. If that didn't stop it, then you go public.

Never that she is against women's right to choice, against SSM (which more and more people support), QUIT the last public office she held, and was the major reason mccan lost, huh?

The most likely democratic candidate will be hillary clinton, a woman who hasn't relied on empty rhetoric and pseudo-patriotism. She even has a daughter who doesn't have a child bon out of wedlock.

And while I watch FOX each day, that does not mean I am a fan of, nor agree with, every person on the network. For instance, I like Mike Huckabee and agree with a lot he has to say, but I woulld still never consider voting for the man for ANY political position.
