So your answer to my question is "Yes."
:)
My answer is "yes, he met the requirements that the seminary set forth for him to receive the degree and you're not intelligent enough to understand that".
BTW, have you ever tried hemorrhoid oinment? It might shrink your head enough to pull it out of your backside.

Here's what wiki says (take it for what it's worth- citations needed):
Following his graduation from A&T, Jackson attended the Chicago Theological Seminary with the intent of becoming a minister, but dropped out in 1966 to focus full time on the civil rights movement.[6] He was ordained in 1968, without a theological degree; awarded an honorary theological doctorate from Chicago in 1990; and received his Master of Divinity Degree based on his previous credits earned, plus his life experience and subsequent work, in 2000.[7][8]

>Sarah; Ordination is set forth by domination meaning who qualifies is up to said church, in there case its the american Baptist church ask them what there rules of ordination is, I don't know of any Pastors personally, that dose not file personal income taxes. Just like the rest of us, and the ones I know hold ether masters or doctorate degrees that's because MCC requires that among there long list of rules, and since you mention self proclaimed ministers don't forget Joel Osteen <
Also don't forget patty "send me all your money" robber$on.
My sister, M, used to go to a Four Square Church where the son in law of the "minister" was "ordained" in, her words, a "hokey, made-up 'ordination'".
Pentecostal pastors are mostly brought up within there churches, they start there training at a very young age. Its something that is past down generation to generation as far as I know there's no seminary that teaches one to talk in tong slain in spirit, there chore is pretty mainstream there practices can get quite extreme. I did attend one for a while had personal issues with the head pastor
did attend a ordination, for such a important event they made it like its no big deal, un-like MCC, that's a big affair, kinda like a Greek or Italian wedding

Pentecostal is a broad term that covers numerous denominations. There are numerous pentecostal colleges and seminaries that are associated with a particular denomination but train people who become ordained ministers in other denominations. Incidently, there are several pentecostal denominations that believe in the speaking of tongues and some that do not believe in it.

if your including the Charismatic movement than you'd be correct
