Good, I hope they lose their hotel deposits and air fares.

For heaven's sake! All I did was to yell "Yuck!" and then thumb my nose at them. Who'd have believed they would consider that "harassment" or a "security threat"?

Sheesh! Lighten up, kids!

Is it because protectmarriage.com filed a motion to stop the issuing of marriage licenses since the two plaintiff's got married.
Also, if Camel Hair, the AG files charges against a county clerk, then Prop 8 will have standing all the way up to the Supreme Court.
Sucks huh?
By the way, I did not lose my deposit. No one will.
Please explain how they can file a petition to stop something that both the CA Supreme Court and SCOTUS ruled unconstitutional.

As for AG Hair, what charges can they file against such a clerk other than for NOT issuing the licenses? This is why you lost. You lack basic understanding of our Constitution and Court system.

BTW what was the original intent of the authors of the Constitution when they used the term "ALL CITIZENS" and not "just heterosexuals ones"? If you don't like living in a country where I am just as free as you are to practice my religious beliefs then you should move to one that suits your bigoted religion of hate, death, and torment.

Methinks that the Voice of the Voiceless found themselves to be the voice of so few folk that were going to show up for their little shindig, this is their way of skulking away from their rather public self-humiliation, less than quietly. The undisclosed location will be a Cracker Barrel in the Virginia burbs, they're being optimistic about the turnout and reserving a table for 8.

Your scenario is more plausible than the terrorist threats they are claiming!

I'm surprised they didn't mention the stockpiles of WMD's we gays keep in our basements and attics! And let's hope they NEVER find out how many WMD's the lesbians have like this one:

And I'll bet you couldn't wait to go see "Brokeback Mountain" and then got all upset over the homosexual content!

Probably bought more than one ticket too, right?

He admitted that he was going to attend. Methinks his shock treatments or aversion therapy or earnest prayers have NOT been the panacea he hoped for and he is still lusting over the check out guy at Home Depot and can't admit that change is IMPOSSIBLE. He thought that running around with a group of those others would make him feel better. Maybe Michele Bachmann, I SPELLED her name correctly, unlike those morons who INVITED her to speak, anyway, maybe she'll bring Marcus and Pasadena Polly can meet a REAL gay man, oops, I mean a "convert" tee hee.

Really, so you are admitting felonious assault, huh? Nice role model for a CONVERT you are.

Try that again and if you are caught, you can see how well your gay conversion works on Rocko, your cell mate, at Pelican Bay State prison.

Does the ex-gay pride parade include commercial floats from those companies that organize your closet?

What a bunch of cowards! LGBT people all over the world have risked their lives and livelihoods in order to hold Pride marches and other demonstrations. These "ex-gay" losers must not believe very strongly in their own cause.

Still having doubts about whether you've successfully prayed away the gay, eh, losers?

The reality is that they could round up every last self-identified "ex-gay", "former homosexual" or whatever they want to see themselves as in America, whether they wanted to come or not and there'd still be room for their guests and still a pretty empty bus. It took Spitzer more than a year and a half to find just 200 of them to take part in his infamous little study and many of them weren't exactly ex even then and he had everyone in the industry beating the bushes for him to find those. They do not actually exist in the wild, despite the claims of thousands and tens of thousands now navigating the plains of heterosexuality thanks to them, never actually existed, the "ex-gay" of the species only exists in the captivity of these groups and/or are employed by them. Never been any different.

I think the best thing to do if this shindig ever happens is to attend and observe respectfully. I'm sure new "friendships" can be established with them.

What part of "having no standing" do you anencephalics not understand? And the AG can't file charges since the ruling and subsequent state actions cleared issuance of licenses. You people get so whiny when you don't get your way.

Whether or not you lose your deposit will depend on the business you chose; most deposits aren't refundable except within narrow limits.
