It was never her intention for it to go beyond her circle of people...I am of the opinion that it is his restaurant and he is entitled to do with it what he wants. If he doesn’t want us in there, fine...I’m not trying to have someone’s business be in jeopardy because of his personal beliefs...
And now we see the REAL motivations come through. She can't have it both ways. You either don't want publicity and try to do damage to a local business -- or you do.

I went there last night with my family. Second time. Feasted on lots of good stuff and had to wait a while to get a table. Good wait staff too. The thought crossed my mind that I might make some comment about shared values... But then, it wasn't that kind of place so I let the thought expire. It's just a good restaraunt with good food that's a good value and the young people that work there seem good natured. Nobody ought to cheapen it with any political stuff at all. Just have a good meal. I'm glad I found it. All I ever did in Belmont is visit Friends and the ice cream place.

Speaking of food places, we were up your way at El Valle last night. I've preferred their food over Taxco in the past but this time was a little let down. Not that it's bad. For pizza in Belmont I prefer Simonetti's over JB's but it's a bit more expensive. You can't beat the Cramerton Chinese place. I wish we had a bit more variety - A better Chinese place in Belmont or Indian food would be nice.

Yes, this comedian needs to go back wherever she came from and keep her views to herself. Stepping up? How about stepping down? I am tolerant, I am accepting, but you do the same. When people like this so called comedian comes into town like she owns it, thinking that just because she has had a little success that the hometown folks are going to forget their values, then she has another thing coming.

Went to Johnny B's Thursday night around 530, great pizza, great beer prices, good service. Will be patronizing them long after this comedian has had her 15 minutes of fame.

I would like to know what PFLAG does with their funds. They keep asking for money and received over $2000 in donations recently.

I feel sorry for all of you... You are very sad people. I pray to God that none of your children or family are gay. I don't pray for you, but for them that you are in their lives! God bless them and God forgive you all!

They rent large floats for Christmas parades with lots of flower power. They won't spend money unless the business gives them money so it's sort of self-sufficient in a big gay way.

Calling him a comedian is being very kind.
