Nov 19, 2012 Full story: EDGE 52

A gay man in Florida apparently killed himself two days after Barack Obama was re-elected as president after telling his partner, "if Barack Obama gets re-elected, I'm not going to be around," the Miami Herald reports.

Look bro I ain't bashing you, thats your preference. I don't have to deal with it . All I'm saying is a straight man is not born like im fat women or skinny women it's a preference, thus making it a decision not a different gene. A gene is the easy way out. it's blaming God for your mistake. If there's a gay gene there's a drug dealing gene, but there's not. Its ones personal preference.
What the hell do my genes have to do with god? My genes came from my mother and my father.

"If there's a gay gene, there's a drug dealing gene"? Oh really? And just how did you come to that silly conclusion? Perhaps you should also check out a LOGIC FOR 1ST GRADERS textbook.

I'm not going to go back & forth with 2 gay people trying to defend their bad decisions. Yes your genes come from your parents & neither were gay I'm guessing by your existence. So where does your so called gay gene come from. You soi get 7 genes from your nother &7 from your father. Are you saying he is gay or she is a lesbian? You just prooved my words fact. As for you & your psychology text book comment. You keep believing everything THEY tell you in school & in books. You probably believe we're free in america. That makes you just what they want you to be, FREE & DUM. You probably believe columbus discovers america or armstrong landed on the moon. No better yet, there were WMDs in iraq. Psychology ain't a science, it's a theory just like your gay gene theory. You better learn off your own common sense & stop believing what THEY say. According to them we come apes that come as a result of the big bang theory. If thats true then why are there still apes? What they got different genes totally right? Dont be stupid all your life. Life teaches alot of things you can't learn in a book

Looks as if you could benefit from a genetics textbook as well.

I find it hard to believe that anybody could be more bummed out about Obama's re-election than I am, but I would never commit suicide over it. I know that God is in control and goodness will prevail even though right now it appears that the bad guys are winning. This guy must not have had that, or maybe he just wanted to commit suicide. Hard to understand.

You continue to put your hope & faith into science, psychology, & genetics. If you notice everything older generations learned in school is now being debunked. "Further studies shows that milk in fact does the body harm". Just one of there theories that goes neither here nor there. Humans come from monkeys, yet another one. But you go ahead & keep trying too find a reason for you being gay in a book or better yet letting someone who's not gay tell you why you are. I'm good, so is my family. We have not 1 gay person in our family & genetics definitely don't get an ounce of credit for that. Now a days there teaching kids its okay to be gay. Outcome, more & more kids not even old enough decide what kind of haircut they want all of a sudden decide they're gay. There's right & there's wrong & your trying to funds a gray area when there aint none. Your gay because you care to be. If you don't like it choose too not be!

This was someone with far greater problems than whoever was president. It would have happened sooner or later.
Suicide is beyond selfish. It hurts the survivors more. It is the ultimate temper tantrum.
When I read the heading, I did not notice "Fla" and only read "Gay Man Commits Suicide After Obama is Re-Elected", I was mortified as thought that it was either you or my dearest communist friend ,Mona Lott.

Thank goodness it was neither of you two clueless leftist guerillas because 2016 is going to be a treat for America as far as getting back on the right course to prosperity.

"Hey GOP, take the Palin cure"

Some Republicans will say Palin has too much baggage from 2008, and we need to look for a new Sarah Palin. But I don't see what's wrong with the one we've got. Ever since the 1990s, Republicans have been looking for the next Ronald Reagan. Reagan is now revered in bipartisan circles, but during his presidency he was, like Palin, ridiculed by liberals. They cited "Bedtime for Bonzo" and sneered at his no-name college degree.

Sarah Palin is the new Ronald Reagan: charming and affable and unwilling to back down if she's right. I can't see what's wrong with that.

Accept the truth and stop living in denial. You embarass yourself .

Scientist do not know because the answer is God created life not some gas explosion.

I was devastated when Romney lost becaudse I was convinced he was going to win.

If you watch Bill Oreilly even Morris predicted Romney victory and easy victory at that.

Add to that my son and soon to be daughter in law voted for the clueless libtard and I was just sick but I accepted it and moved on.

They teach leftist ideology in college and libs count on this to win over MTV generation.

I do sense that the candidate which can easily win the White house this time around will soon get ready to run in 2016 so there is hope left.

I admit that the election took the wind out of my sail but you are completely wrong about SP.

She knows gvmt, was city council, Mayor, Gov and VP candidate.

She is a true fiscal conservative, a patriot and you may not like the way she speaks but she has a record of being ethical and looking out for every citizen.

Romney was always my last choice and never cared for him till he took on Paul Ryan but the whole campaign was a disaster .

You are an uneducated, barely literate fool. How do you know there no gay people in your family???? With your shitty attitude, do you think they would share that with you?

P.S. No one has ever said that humans came from monkeys. That is your misguided, fucked-up concept of evolution, not what science says.

I do hope that you never consider that option because 58 homeless cats all named Anderson Cooper would be to much for any shelter and an Alinsky "black belt" who goes around correcting spelling is an asset to the forum .
