Judge it!
These people that committed this crime against Singh are ignorant. They have blantantly, erroneously admitted that Vusik did it. They have proved his guilt prior to any trial.
I pray for the family of the victim and hope justice is finaly served. This story is so sad.

So, if the wife of Vusik confirms that he is in Russia and is in contact with him, would she not be guilty of obstruction of justice? She obviously knows his location and isnt speaking up. Also, like the other user had posted, they have confirmed the guilt of the accused. So why is no pressure put on the family to get him back here to face the charges? Afraid or not, he needs to face what he has done.

The Russians have been out spoken about the gay & lesbian groups in Sacramento, and I understand that they don't appreciate the life style but whom are they to judge, others know that its not ring yes its a sin but we have to realize that this is America. I know girls who are bisexual & like other girls too, but they are my friends and I have to accept that as a fact.

I have trouble believing it would have taken so long for the man who threw the punch to come forward if it were truly an accident. If two groups of people were in a fight and one got hit one time and died becuase he hit his head, the guy who threw the punch would not have even gone to jail. I know, that was poorly written. I am glad there were so many witnesses that were not with either group. I do not think this man meant to kill when he hit him, but he did so he should be a man.

Sounds like a bunch of dirt bags (both parties) got out of hand. Happens everyday. One group got upset with another groups behavior. Where's the race issue? Both groups probably used racial slurs to inflame the other, but people do tend to use inflammatory words as disagreements escalate.

There's no courage involved in bigotry, homosexuality is NOT a behavior, is not "perverted," and is really nobody else's business. You have no right to tell people who they can love and be attracted to. None. And this bigotry and hate is getting people killed, which is why hate crimes laws are badly needed. "Go back in the closet if you want to fondle," WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO TELL PEOPLE THAT!! Being gay isn't about "fondling" any more than your grandparents were just about having sex. personally, I think the 2 groups need to take the time to meet with each other. but to kill a human being , i cannot understand? this was a human with flesh and blood and a load of friends and family. A man is dead. But for the actions of these perpetrators, Mr. Singh would be alive today.
He is the victim, not the Russians perpetrators or their families, or the Russian community in Sacramento. Rest in peace Satender Singh. |
