You know nothing.
You can't fire anyone for any reason.
Performance doesn't matter. Once a person is hired, that person is entitled to that job for life, with annual increases in salary besides.
Don't you realize that if you own a business that you didn't build it? What makes you think you can decide which employees to keep?
You have strawmen coming out of your arse. Moronic 'baggers usually do, though.

They cry about 'gay propaganda to children'. OBVIOUSLY something about being gay or lesbian appeals to these people otherwise they wouldn't worry children will love being gay or lesbian more than the newest Tickle Me Elmo!
No doubt - a LOT of them are in the closet. Which would be OK if they weren't so anti-gay and fearful!

So you couldn't come up with a reasoned response to basing employment decisions on performance.
Of course I cannot. I was taught in the public schools.
The teachers there taught me well that there is no way to measure performance.

They are mentally ill too. Not because they are homosexuals, but because they believe in that nonsense.
I don't mind people being religious as long as they don't try to use it to interfere in the lives of others. When religion impedes justice, it must be defeated.

PLEASE stop insisting they are "In the closet". Most of these people, IMO, are bisexual and can't deal with that. They aren't GAY or LESBIAN. They are bi-sexual.

Look at how often that difference is ignored. Just in the last day or so a writer from the Washington Post said he had to suppress his "gag reflex" while he watched a newly elected mayor stand with his wife (a 'former lesbian') and their bi-racial children.

The man's wife is bi-sexual. I really wish we could get people to understand that being gay means you only respond sexually to men, that being lesbian means you only respond sexually to another woman and that being bi-sexual means you can manage sex with males or females.

Not necessarily. In fact those who have a deep self hatred often project hatred upon others who are most like them.
