17%! WOW!
.
This verifies the 'rule of 17s' they've been teaching in college since 2009:
.
**********
17% of the population is born with heterosexual orientation
.
17% of the population is born with homosexual orientaton
.
The remainder of the population is born with bisexual orientation on a sliding scale

Well that's Washington and everyone knows Seattle is full of liberal homosexuals who forced their agenda on Illinois so I had to leave my beloved Pekin, but now I'm in Oakland, where the vast majority of homosexuals — oh wait, this is California, isn't it? They can get married here too. Damn, guess I'll have to move to some place like Alabama or Arkansas, where this cruel lie will be blah, blah, blah...

Testify!

All those folks from Seattle forcing their views on the people of Illinois!

Shameful.

Sort of like Kiamre complaining about which bathroom people can use while at the same time ignoring the cross cultural constraints on evolutionary mating behavior for a man with 3 nipples and a non functioning vagina!

Not that I'd ever defend the psycho David Moore, but this 17% figure doesn't really tell us much.

I'd rather see some accurate numbers on the percentage of gays & lesbians who got married, but to know that with any degree of accuracy we first need a census of the number of gays & lesbians in Washington state.

I doubt we'll ever get anything but meaningless estimates.

Not my scene.

But since YOU'RE the one to bring it up ... why is that exactly?

I'd like to see it on the 2020 census.

It would be interesting to see how many people would willingly self-identify as gay, lesbian, straight, bi, etc.

That makes sense since "gay marriage" IS meaningless.
Agreed, it's as meaningless as "inter-racial marriage" or "straight marriage" or "left handed marriage" or "blond marriage", etc.

That would be my son Henry, who lives in a roach-infested trailer park in Fremont. He and Arlo met in a public toilet and as you can see, Henry is still advising such places as desirable hook-up sites. The kid always was such pitiful trash.

Seventeen percent proves nothing. It could mean that gays tend to congregate together in some places (leaving the rest of the country with a lot fewer than 3%). Or it means that people who have waited for a while to get married all just did it in one time frame. Numbers next year, the following year, and thereafter will be a lot more indicative of the true percentage of the population.

If you believe these numbers then they simply show that 66% of the population really does have a choice and that almost all are choosing heterosexuality. A blessed few choose to screw just anybody available. I guess this shows that our population isn't quite a moronic as they seem to be in other areas of life.
