Palm Springs is a constant big gay destination and last month when Prop 8 died, the local hotels and florists and restaurants all reported HUGE spikes in interest and bookings and reservations due to the fact that many were specifically going to come here to marry. One florist, whom they interviewed on the news, had to rent another whole space to handle the huge demand for more flowers.

Why ANYONE would turn down a GOLD MINE of money for a wedding is beyond me. The mark up for flowers or cakes, or whatever is IMMENSE and it would be the best thing that could happen.

Imagine getting married on some Hawaiian beach at some lovely hotel. Wonderful. I hope they wise up.

The Gov can still call a special session of the legislature this year. If not, they'll almost certainly pass a marriage equality bill in 2014. The only question is will they beat the 9th circuit's ruling which forces Hawaii (and the rest of the 9th circuit states) to accept marriage equality.

Maybe that's what they're waiting for.

Wow, look at that Sheeple, someone HATES us, but is too cowardly and afraid to even respond, but only toss dirt balls to show discomfort at our posts. Is there anything lower or more cowardly than a little wood rat like that? I can't think of anything.

You got something on your mind, LITTLE coward? Why not be a man about it and respond? TYPICAL little coward.
