The right wing could care less who it affects as long as it doesn't affect them but severely hurts their target which is the LGBT community whom they despise.

This will be the big battle for 2014.
Indiana is the last state likely to attempt a constitutional ban. It already passed the legislature once; they have to pass it again in the 2013/14 session before sending it to the voters in 2014.
