Should someone hurry and explain to Gubbner Perry that this ruling does not mean palimony suits?

Marital claims and then (non marriage) palimony suits are two different things.

Poor Governor Goodhair. All he did was announce that he wasn't going to run again, and already the Great State of Texas is righting itself and undoing all the evil he spent years cultivating. And if that isn't enough, there's that pesky ethics probe buzzing around him ...

There are only four states left that don't have cases pending. Both Dakotas, Alaska and one I can't recall at the moment.

I had no idea of the "state" of things prior to your post.

And we haven't lost a single ruling since the SCOTUS Windsor decision, proving just how historic that decision was.

Going forward I'm sure we'll likely lose another case somewhere, but obviously the entire judiciary has shifted on this issue, taking their cue from the SCOTUS.

What you thought is what Parker and Stone meant but the fogeys at the MPAA were too dense to get it.

EVERYBODY else got it though.

Sorry, yes I know we're off topic.
