I guess a trend is starting in businesses in the U.S. similar to what used to be "whites only." This is why we need ENDA passed.

I hope Stutzman enjoys her fifteen minutes of fame. But the Christian martyr line-up is getting awfully deep.

The proper way to fight this is to open a florist shop right across the street and steal their business through superior product and service.

To me this is a pretty sad story. Here are two people who have been doing business for years with no problems. Add marriage into the mix, and all the sudden, well, that's a step too far for the poor, persecuted flower lady.

What I hear from her actions is that she has no problem with people being homosexual, she hires them, she sells to them. But she just can't find it in herself to think that they should be JUST as good as her, and for her, that line is their legal right to marry.

I don't buy this. She is a hypocrite hiding behind stone age mythology and what she has been taught since she was a zygote. I don't buy it, and I'm sick of it.

Ms Stuzman, you do realize that you are squarely on the same side as Al Qaeda on this issue, don't you?

For all out talk about being more for equality in Washington, this state is really not all that ahead of the curve, sadly. However, since the business is breaking state law, it won't survive long, at least the laws are a bit more evolved here.

Yes do that, AND enforce the anti-discrimination laws she clearly violated.

Would ANYONE suggest the owner not be charged if they refused service to blacks or jews because of their deeply held religious beliefs?

Of course not.

The law needs to be enforced, otherwise it might as well be repealed.

Someone needs to find a couple of stores Ms Stuzman shops at and convince the owner to refuse service to her based on their "deeply held religious beliefs" just to make the point.

Maybe the company she gets her flowers from?

If queers want to force themselves on society they have to realize that some (a lot) of people don't approve or accept their deviant perverted lifestyle.

We don't approve of or accept your murderous lifestyle, yet you are still allowed to buy flowers.

she said, "And I just took his hands and I said I'm sorry I can't do your wedding because of my relationship with Jesus Christ,"

Yeah. Because that's TOTALLY how Jesus would have handled the situation. Jesus was all about judging and condemning and refusing to participate in other people's happiness.

WHEN will these idiots realize that intolerance and judging others are wrong, no matter who you blame it on.

'However, when he asked her, Stuzman politely declined. "And I just took his hands and I said I'm sorry I can't do your wedding because of my relationship with Jesus Christ," said Stuzman who believes marriage should be between one man and one woman.'

She is having a relationship with Jesus? How can she condemn SSM when she is fucking around with a guy who's been dead for 2000 years. Wonder what her sex life with him is like...

Conducting business with the customers of your choice is not discrimination, yet the homosexuals want to make it appear so.
Start your own scouting organization. Start your own flower shops. See how long they survive.

LOL!! So if a merchant put a sign in his front window that said, "Open for Business--No Jews, coloreds, Irish, or Catholics served.", that merchant wouldn't be discriminating, just "conducting business with the customers of (his) choice"???

Too funny!!
