I'm not Civil War buff but New Mexico is pretty far west, isn't it?

I thought you homo's were tolerant of others even bigots, when in fact you pecker heads cry like women when things don't go your way.
Tough luck pecker licker.
I hope you don't mind me stereotyping you as a Conservative White Christian. You do pretend to be a Christian, don't you?

Cry like women? Whoa, I need one more adjective and you've already pre-empted peckerhead.

God bless you.

BINGO! And this is the exact reason those kids wore it! They were trying to show how they were offended by the gay kids wearing the gay flag so they in turn wore an offensive flag. But the gay kids were allowed to continue wearing their offensive symbol while the straight kids were punished.
Now that's a silly argument. The rainbow flag represents equality and unity - a nice thing - doesn't harm a soul. The confederate flag represents slavery, torture, and oppression of an entire race - not a nice thing.

Does that help you to see the difference?

They can wear it in public. But they can't wear it in school. Hostile environment and all that...

The gay flag represents perversion, deviance, depravity, the blatant disregard for what is right and wrong, disrespect of time-tested traditions and family values. Shall I continue describing what the gay flag stands for?
Normal decent people are, or should be, FED UP WITH IT!!!

New Mexico IS pretty far west (I lived in Albuquerque for a time but found it too cold for my liking), but that's not the site, but you are getting warmer.

(hint: if you know how to use youtube, I recently saw Larry The Cable Guy (on of my FAV comics) on tv near the site of the battle.)

Just read an article where an appeals court is considering a case where a California high school BANNED American students from wearing or displaying the AMERICAN Flag.

The Liberal PC crowd and Democrats are destroying the U.S.

This country is doomed......:(

There's a big difference between a symbol that represents a minority group fighting for equal rights and civil liberties vs. a symbol that represents hate and is against civil liberties for all.

That being said, everyone should have the right to express themselves, I just don't think a public high school is the place to do it.
