Of course the fact is we won by at least a 52%-48% margin each of those states when you once again claimed we would NEVER win in ANY state. And they comprise 6% of all states containing 4% of the population.

Add those 3 to the other 6 states we already had gives us 18% of the states containing about 18% of the population.

Illinois, Rhode Island, Delaware, Hawaii, & Minnesota are all on track to pass marriage equality this year as well. That gives us over a quarter of all states containing over a quarter of the population of the US.

I have worked with and for people of all stripes and I have friends and acquaintances that are homosexual, bi-sexual, trans-sexual and if you want to play that game, I guess it has influenced me a great deal...it has made me a person with a broader scope of the human condition and not some hate filled homophobic voyeur who gets their kicks out of wondering or worrying about what grown adults do in their own homes and who thinks that the only sex is the missionary position in a darkened room.

So in this particular instance I think my mother and father would be very proud of their son and I can rest at night knowing that I did not fail them.

Here's a thought for you, if two grown men engaging in a wet kiss makes you sick don't watch. But I'll bet you think it is rather erotic and get quite turned on when you watch two grown women engage in the same action.

They used to say that same crap argument to try and stop interracial marriages from becoming legal. It didn't work then and it's not working now.
