Buttercup, have you ever asked yourself why you keep having homoerotic fantasies? What you pass off as your mind may be trying to tell you something. Laugh at that you pathetic waste of oxygen. Your parents must be ever so proud of their little contribution to the species.

I can't believe this has gone on so long, but it's been pretty entertaining. How I See It kind of lost me with the whole, "The Bible has no contradictions," stuff. Read the first couple pages very carefully. Were we created before or after the plants and animals? It tells two versions which can get a little confusing. These things occur on almost every page. So, before you go bashing every Preacher who says something different than YOURS, maybe you should take a closer look. Regardless of my feelings about homosexuality, these folks have been absolutely correct when it comes to the history of your Bible.

I have no desire whatsoever to see your hairy ass cupcake, I'm into men and you don't qualify.
My point exactly, you are INTO men. I wouldn't call them men though, rather abnormal pathetic breathing wastes of flesh. Then again it's all about the flesh with you perverts right?

You have no idea what you're talking about. If you could comprehend what the scriptures say you would know it doesn't state when the "earth" was created. It does speak of mankind. The earth could have been created millions or trillions of years ago. All the bible says about it is, "in the beginning" concerning the earth. So, read it again, study it and get back to me.

Then what are you worried about? You aren't one and probably never will be.

That's fine dear, I hold the same high opinion of you, but mine is backed up by you with each new pathetic post.

Judging by your almost ever present homoerotic fantasies, that would seem to be the case, but no, really incredible sex is just a fringe benefit of being Gay, not the sum total of the experience.

Christians have been using the Genesis story to calculate the age of the Earth for centuries, by using the ages given for the generations of mankind and the fact that the day mentioned in the Hebrew version of the creation story is a twenty-four hour one. Dr John Lightfoot calculated the year of the Earth's creation to be 4004 BCE in the 17th Century, his work, backed up by Bishop James Ussher later in the century (the Ussher Chronology), has been used by Biblical literalists and so called creationists ever since. Nice try though.

You can't calculate the earths creation. You seem to put a lot of faith in some dude who lived long ago. He must have been qu_er right? What a putz you are.

Umm...did I stutter, bitch?? Where did I say anything about the age of the Earth? I was talking about contradictions between your Bible and itself(not with science). I'm talking about the first chapter of Genesis, where we all learned what days everything were made on(regardless of how long God's day may be). Adam and Eve were made on the sixth day, before he rested, right? Well, in chapter 2, the story starts over and the animals are all made after Adam. He's clearly naming each one as it is made. That's a CONTRADICTION, which you claim the book doesn't have.

And, of course, there is no firmament in the sky, the Sun and Moon are not discs of light, etc....

Who said he named each one as it was made? You? The bible doesn't. There are no contradictions whether you think so or not. Although I suppose to support your love of sodomy it is best for you to condemn the bible.

And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. (Genesis 2:19 KJV)

I never claimed that you could moron, I was merely pointing out that Christians had been doing so for centuries and the calculations hit upon in the 17th century are still used today by biblical literalists and creationists.

I have no faith in the Ussher Chronology, cupcake, that's the domain of those who take the Bible at its word as to how old the Earth actually is. Face it dear, your ignorance has been demonstrated once again.

If homosexuality is a sin and people should be punished for it , then why are you holy rollers letting all the other sins go unpunished. In the church i USED to attend the pastor talked about homosexuality but left drinking(most of the deacons are drunks), drugs(the deacons children are wrapped up in drugs), gossip(happens in all churches where two or more are gathered). The bible i read says if you are guilty of the least you are guilty of the whole. No sin is greater than any other. As Jesus himself once said "Let him/her who is without sin cast the first stone"

Actually gay Christians aren't a new thing. They are accepted by a number of congregations and denominations. Lutherans, Episcopalian, United Churches of christ, to many to name. All it really did is cause a hole bunch of fools to argue over the word "Christian" and that's been happening for close 2000 years so nothing honestly has changed. Me I'm Pagan and couldn't care less. Their here, their queer, and now deal with it.

I use to believe it was a choice until a friend of mine confided in me that he was gay and hated it. He didn't want to be different than everyone else. After talking to him I look at it in a whole new light.
I do believe it's wrong in God's eyes and I don't understand why He would create what He condemns...but I guess there are some things we are just not meant to understand on this earth.
Gay and hating it,..that seems to be a real paradox. God created humans, he didn't create homosexuality. If your friend hates it, all he has to do is stop practicing the lifestyle,..no one is forcing him to live it. God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.

Ya peace my ass. Look at the middle east. You've got 3 cultures that profess the same god and all they can do is fight. They all subjugate the other smaller religions there that profess the same god like the Druze, Bahá'í Faith, Mandaeans, Samaritans, and else where in the world Rastafarian's. And if he didn't create homosexuality he damn sure didn't create heterosexuality. peace lol

Yes, he did create heterosexuality, with Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. Man created homosexuality, not God. Yep, all THEY can do is fight. Fighting and discord is not of God, but of man.

I'm sorry not completely full of crap. Could you point out where god brings Eve before Adam and said go forth and fuck like rabbits. He did tell em to go forth and multiply but then that was a punishment. See old Adam and Eve came from the Garden of Eden. Now Cain and Abel and the rest of the litter were not from the garden of Eden. Adam and Eve not only had to watch them toil but they had to also. And BTW if Man created homosexuality then man created heterosexuality because Adam and Eve for Banged in the garden of Eden after eating that delectable fruit. And when God crept in he found them all modest and trying to hide their nudity. But then you make the bible say what ever you want like that line about Steve. But hey go forth an hate gay people. You don't have to love those like yourself do you?
