What, we now start letting ANYONE defend the rights of a few instead of someone from the State?

Unbelievable!!!

Why is this Judge even dignifying this nonsense by giving them a hearing? It's the plaintiffs versus the laws of the state, not the IFI or these churches and the state is already being defended. These clowns can submit briefs as 'friends of the court', but there is no reason to allow them to intervene on behalf of the state or their selfish self-interests.

Most of you so-called Christians worship the evils of Satan, deny Christ's teachings, and somehow claim you know something about morals. Your fake Christianity is a sure way for you to get to hell fast.

WTF are you babbling about? What makes you assume I'm a Christian? I merely asked if the guy's mad and you jump down my throat with this Christian stuff. WTF?

Relax, why you mad?

Looked fair to me.

You can't see the other poster *but you presumed anger*-- a typical method of trolling; why ask if you didn't?

The other poster presumed you're a fake masquerading as a "christian"; in fact, you gave him or her license to presume *anything* because the "u mad" puke wouldn't stand up to scrutiny in a court of law for nine milliseconds.

In fact, the whole thread is pointless. It doesn't *matter* if this group gets involved or not; in the grand scheme of things at this point, their involvement won't change much. They're control freaks who want to keep battling and battling until the last possible gasp.

Since churches are NOT affected by the law, how could they ever be considered to have standing?

Good point!!

Wouldn't this be a violation of separation of Church and State?
