learn to count. 3>2.
The constitution requires state to provide all persons within their jurisdiction equal protection of the law. They need not acknowledge requests for greater protection. I think those who bring this argument up time & time again make themselves look very foolish.

So you agree it is coming that directly related people can marry.

Don't play coy about numbers. The issue is rights, not the number involved. The fool is you, no one is buying your denial.

Nope, not complicated at all, because all I see are couples.

So what do people think when they find out what an absolute freak of nature you are?

If that is the new definition of marriage, laws will have to change to not be]< discriminatory. That was the argument of the dissenting opinion.
Nope, no laws have to be changed to recognize the marriage of same-sex couples. States & the federal govt simply recognize all marriages.

Btw, dissenting opinion = losing opinion, and not worth the paper it was written on.

No, people related any closer than 1st cousin will never be able to marry.

Personally I couldn't care less if 10 unrelated consenting adults all want to marry each other- it'll be their nightmare.

Why couldn't a consenting adult mother and son marry?

So you agree, once you dumb down marriage to a contract, it opens up any number?

No, or has already been explained to you in terms that even a child could understand that there state interest served by preventing close relatives from marrying .

The numbers are important. If you were making valid on topic arguments father than simply trolling, you would admit as much. The reality is that polygamy seeks greater protection of the law.

A piece of paper.... big deal. What kind of sociopath/neurotic needs a piece of paper to prove they are capable of living unsupervised? Retards and the mentally ill. I'm sure you are both. The evidence is in your posts.

And what is that state interest in preventing relatives from marrying?

Polygamy is unjustly discriminated against based on your argument. SCOTUS minority opinion argued just so. You know that.

Don't play dumb. You're off topic, and we've covered that numerous times.

No, anyone who can count can see polygamy seeks greater protection of the law for three or more spouses, while same sex marriage seeks equal protection of the law for two.

If you cannot see that your arguments are all irrelevant to the topic at hand, and that they have all been debunked, then you are a pretty dim bulb. Personally, I think it is hysterical to watch you offer the same tired arguments over and over because you have no valid on topic argument.

Why are you afraid to state government interest?

Polygamy requires changes to establish supposed equality, just like SS couples will. You are playing dumb. You continue to ignore a multitude of legal arguments that acknowledge the same.

I see couples all the time- gay, straight, friends, etc.

What do you see?
