What did the old queer try to lure the young man into gay sex and end up getting a beat down?

The NYPD says ther eis no evidence to support the alleged murderer's claims that the man was blowing kisses at him, and the man is survived by his wife.

It's crimes like THIS that is the reason that New York, and ALL other 49 states (or 57 states as The Obamaniac likes to proclaim) should have an EFFECTIVE death Penalty statute.

There is NO REASON, why each state, and the federal government cannot have a special capital case court, that hears ONLY capital cases, and a special appeals court that hears ONLY appeals from that court. State legislators in all 50 states, and congress, should write a law to put that into place.

How many of you are aware that when President McKinley was assassinated, his murderer, was arrested, tried, convicted, and executed in only 53 days ?

You couldn't even get a hearing schedule din that amount of time nowadays.

But there is no reason what I suggest could not be done to make an effective Death Penalty that is carried out swiftly.

It's a travesty of justice that so many people sentenced to death in the U.S. spend years, and sometimes decades, just sitting around waiting to be executed.

Doesn't matter if the gay man was making sexual advances. All the other man had to do was say "I'm not gay" and then walk away.

I agree.

But WINS 1010 (the largest news radio station in New York, and other New York news sources, are reporting that the victim was not "blowing kisses" nor doing anything at all other than leaving a store, and he was apparently a str8 man with a wife. The NYPD has said that there is no evidence at all to support the suspects claims.

First off, GREAT false name today, LITTLE cowardly liar.

Second, if your dear friend Mr. Torres was so easily upset that he instantly turns to stabbing if anyone smiles at him, he has far greater issues than some other man flirting with him. I suppose pretty girls should start packing weapons to kill anyone who flirts with them also.

Third, please tell us that English is your second language. Your statement above is so hideously done that it is tough to understand. You should be arrested yourself for torture. Torture of the English language.

Grammar counts, Cletus. There's a new invention you might want to look into, it's called the COMMA. Learn it, use it.

So, if he had been gay it would have been better somehow? Once again, you show your own self loathing homophobia. So, if a straight man is attacked it is more tragic than a gay man's attack? Really?

No one deserves to be hurt for no reason by a stranger, but that you are more upset about the unfortunate murdered man since he was straight is upsetting.

That's why they should knock it off period. The only other countries that still have the death penalty are like Iran and Saudi Arabia and some other violent angry places like that.

I agree that death penalty cases do go on for untold years and cost the state untold millions and millions of dollars. Better to just give life without parole and be done with it. Do you really want a rush to judgment? We do hear of cases being over turned or sentences cancelled much later when new evidence is found, or some other circumstances. Would YOU like to be responsible for someone being executed who was NOT guilty of that crime?

Besides, when Mr. Torres enters prison, his days of attacking someone for flirting are going to be LONG gone and he may find some situations he will not like. Let that be his punishment.

No.....

What I'm saying that this murderer, i.e. a criminal, is also a LIAR, and that this story has nothing to do with LGBT people at all, except for the apparently false allegation of a murderer.(Murderers sometimes LIE ?! OH MY ! WHO KNEW ?! WHO COULD'VE GUESSED ?!)

And as he's a serial-stabbing murderer, he may also just be a local lunatic.

No doubt WINS 1010 is right. This is just another case of a hate filled homophobe trying to cry "victim" to wiggle his way out of a murder charge. I think witnesses also said Torres was laughing about what he did. Hopefully he will spend the rest of his life in prison so he can't harm anyone else. He's a very dangerous person.

Since he's a serial stabber and a murderer, it shoes WHY New York needs an effective Death Penalty statute, as ALL states should have.
