And yet he admitted that no one on the Court had ever asked such a question before on any other issue regarding the constitutionality of any other law. I don't think that's a win. More like a mental breakdown.
So much for precedence.
We all know what his ruling will, be - he has said as much beforehand. The only question is how the others will rule.
