In Bit About Kasandra Perkins Murder, FOX’s Perino Blames Victims

Violence against women is far more common place than violence against men, at least in terms of domestic situations, and while the laws should reflect the reality of just how dangerous it is for both sexes in a domestic situation, one thing that has to stop is the tendency to blame the victims.

You TOTALLY miss the point of her remark, the better to jab at Fox News, I'm sure. Her point was that women should make better decisions about the people they choose as mates. And make better decisions about staying with those mates once any tendency toward abuse or violence is revealed. That is NOT blaming the victim for what happened. It is highlighting where the problem lies. Some people should not be mated with anyone. They are too messed up and dangerous, and frankly, it is far better that their genes not be passed on.
