Homosexuals should not be allowed on The Bachelorette show because little kids might be watching.

This thread is about the "Bachelor" not "Bachelorette" show, but in his hurry to be offensive, and the first poster, the Topix troll frucked up again! Nothing new. Soon he will change his name/location, and try again.

He already retracted his statement all over the news blaming it on his lack of English. Great excuse.

This bozo knew exactly what he was saying. He's no doubt wanting some kind of career in Hollywood, and remembered the uproar Alec Baldwin and Phil Robertson caused by making anti gay comments. His lie is an attempt at damage control, plain and simple.

He's another one with an imaginary, male homosexual friend he refers to while making his non homophobic homophobic remarks in public.

No, not Phil Robertson. And it's not Palin's imaginary homosexual friend, either, because that one's an imaginary woman.

The outrageously funny irony here is that the phrase "a confirmed bachelor' used to be a euphemism for "gay".

They need to replace him immediately

He has already claimed his limited English was to blame, Cletus.

Backtracking, so either then or now, one of the two, he's not being honest.

I'm sure he got a lot of hate mail from people like you. Actually, the show is pretty stupid and demeaning. If they had a gay version it might give people something to laugh at for a week or two and then no one would watch.

o in his apology, he says he misspoke because of poor English skills. He claims he should have used 'affectionate' instead of 'pervert'. Those words are only found as synonyms in a homophobe's thesaurus.

And he never disavows the underlying premise that gays should not have their own version of the marriage show because it would be bad for children to see. Yet it's okay for children to see heteros use the show's format as an example of picking a spouse. And WE get blamed for debasing the sanctity of marriage.

He's got some 'splaining to do.
