Then they should learn to argue their case better, because they're doing a terrible job. "Should be illegal" is an inadequate argument. "Should bes" are worthless. If you think it should be illegal, then find a way to convince the courts.

If those 150 million people (citation needed) feel that homosexuality is not for them, then they are free to abstain from it. But there's no justification for them to impose their personal values onto others.

The only people imposing anything on others are the homosexuals and their deviant supporters pushing depravity in the nation's libraries, primary schools and elsewhere by administrative law, the flurry of which has allowed the confusion of jurisprudence. The judges in every court ruling in favor of the depraved should be removed from the bench and imprisoned for conspiracy. It's going to come to that.

"Depravity" is an opinion. Just because you don't enjoy something, doesn't mean that others can't.

There are teenagers who are coming of age right now, and discovering that they are gay. I don't understand how you want them to feel. Ashamed? Separated from their society? Doomed to a life of loneliness and celibacy? I don't see any reason for such negativity. There's no reason that they shouldn't feel like proud, productive citizens who have every right to pursue happiness in the way they see fit, just as you do. You've got no cause to take that away from people simply because they're different from you.

16 rulings in a row is not a "confusion of jurisprudence". The clarity of the law can hardly be denied with such a consistent ongoing consensus. Even judges who were nominated and recommended by Republicans recognize this truth.

Again with the "should bes". Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Don't wish for the world you want and then hope that it lands at your feet. Make it happen. Bring the best arguments you have. That's what we've done. You can't just say "I think it's icky", and then expect that to be the law which everyone must obey.

The States and People should stop messing around by declaring homosexuality in and of itself evil, damaging, destructive, a vice and illegal, as it has always been for many thousands of years. If homosexuality is illegal, their fake marriages are a moot point.
And if we declared morons from Kentucky illegal, we could have you killed.

If Native Americans could declare the morons as "illegals" [sic], then we could have the illegals [sic] "departed," I believe you meant.

So things like Freedom, Plurality, Equality and Justice don't matter? Right?

It's all really just about "My gang is bigger and nastier than your gang" ?

That 150 million you suggest couldn't recite even the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution if called upon to do so and, if the public records are correct, don't even vote (or aren't allowed to).

9+ Million gay citizens.

How big ARE the armed forces, anyway?

You remind me of that guy in Mississippi still complaining that he lost the primary.

It don't matter how many people agree with you since more people don't agree with you.

It's called simple math.

Try it.

I had to look up what a professional interactionist does.

Definition: The interactionist perspective is one of the major theoretical perspectives within sociology. It focuses on the concrete details of what goes on among individuals in everyday life. Interactionists study how we use and interpret symbols not only to communicate with each other, but also to create and maintain impressions of ourselves, to create a sense of self, and to create and sustain what we experience as the reality of a particular social situation. From this perspective, social life consists largely of a complex fabric woven of countless interactions through which life takes on shape and meaning.

Something tells me your a few spools short of threads since you refuse to recognize the obvious.

Marriage is marriage whether you're male or female.

You know what the definition of "sexual excess" is, don't you? It's anyone that gets laid more than you do. Which, I'm guessing, is pretty much everyone. That would certainly explain why you're so angry and confused all the time. Unwanted celibacy does that to a person.

Are there children at truck stops where you live? That's kinda weird, don't you think? What are they doing there? Do children drive 18-wheelers these days? I have no idea....

You are most welcome to not read the books that you don't understand. Ask the librarians. They'll gladly help you find books that are at your reading level.
Cordwainer Trout wrote:

It's the job of schools to prepare children to live in the real world. Since gay people exist in the real world, and most children are already aware that gay people exist by the time they go to school anyway, there's no point in the schools pretending that gay people don't exist. That would only confused the students.

Equal protection under the law. If you don't like that, there are plenty of countries you can move to that don't offer it.

No one is "confused." Except you and your type that refuse to learn about and live in the world of reality.

Oh, really?? Like they do in Third World countries and Banana Republics?? That's what you think we should become? Says a lot about your patriotism, doesn't it?
