Quote from the article- "....If one state does go the wrong way, we'll argue that this is just 1 out of 36....."

Or 2 out of 36, or 3 out of 36, etc?

This is the first sign of doubt among the anti-gays, which means they're scared.

I'm sure they'll attempt to downplay any loss as much as possible, but the significance of even ONE state passing marriage equality by a popular vote can not be understated.

They have based their ENTIRE campaign on majority opposition to marriage for same-sex couples. First it was only "unelected activist judges" that "redefined marriage" against the will of the people. Then it was "radical legislators" doing the same thing.

Even ONE loss at the ballot box COMPLETELY destroys their claim that the people don't support marriage equality. As much as I hate Schubert, he's smart enough to recognize the impact that can have on the SCOTUS when they take up DOMA in the coming year.

You can't buy a marriage license in a church. Marriage in this country doesn't require religion, if you want that I'd suggest you move to Iran or Saudi Arabia.

Your chosen one status is a fairy tale too Zionist.

Twenty Three Triangles have 69 sides altogether.

Two-Hundred and Twenty Two Triangles have 666 sides altogether.
How queer.

Yes, it's currently 0-32. Where did I say it wasn't?

We'll have to see what it is after the election.

The point of my comment is that any win for marriage equality will be devastating to your fellow anti-gays.

But of course you're too stupid to figure that out.

The 0-32 stat is inaccurate. For one thing if fails to recognize that the ban on SSM in Arizona FAILED the first time.

It also doesn't take into account the number of States where the anti gays attempted ballot initiatives but failed to get enough support to put the question to a popular vote.

These are facts the anti gays hope no one will notice or bring up. Because when people do start seeing the lie behind the claimed success of the movement they usually start to distance themselves from these groups.

Are you trying to say that you recognize the inherent legitimacy of the voice of the voters as expressed at the ballot box? Regardless of outcome for all the homosexuals seeking additional rights and preferential treatment from government?
I bet the other queer homofascists hate your guts.

Hate to break it to you but Muslims nor Christians area a race. They are religions by CHOICE.

Damned fool.

True, but that's kinda splitting hairs.

I can live with the 0-32 vote claim for the simple reason that every state which has had a popular vote on it has banned it, even if it took 2 attempts.

None that matters if we win in Maine, Washington, or Maryland this Nov. All they will be talking about is that win.

Wow. So much said in so little space.

Of course I support the idea of people having the right to vote on issues like this. That doesn't mean I think they should. There are lots of "rights" we have but it's important to exercise them with a sense of responsibility.

Second, the ones seeking special treatment are the anti gays. They want exemptions to most laws that apply to women, contraception, discrimination and having their identity become part of the public record like everyone else when they sign a petition.

Lastly, it would do you a lot of good to understand how silly you sound using words like "homfascists".

Please explain where fascism supports equal protection under the law for all citizens.

Whoever coined the term homofascist has the pulse of contemporary worldwide political trends.
The term homofascist is highly prescient in predictivity, but also acknowledges the ideological and international aspects of the conflict.

Hate to break it to you, but people who claim to be homosexuals aren't analogous to being a race either.
Homosexuals are found in every race and choose to engage in homosexual behavior, except for the child-victims of homosexual pedophiles, who were also 'born that way'.
