Hopefully we will get New Mexico either before the end of the year or early next year......then possibly Oregon, from there maybe Nevada next......but after that, I would agree it will be an uphill battle and one that will be won probably in the Courts......just saying!!!

from the article ...

----------
"This year represented the true tipping point," says Eric Marcus, author of Making Gay History. "We've reached a moment in history where it's very difficult, if not impossible, to go back."
----------

That's very premature.

At 38 States, I'll agree.

The resurrection and ratification of the ERA wouldn't hurt a bit, either.

Yes Russia certainly has lead the fight for decency and children this year!

Has anyone else noticed that the Republican Party has moved so far right that they now agree with Communists?

The next big test will be overturning a state constitutional ban by voter referendum. That's likely to be Oregon in 2014- unless the 9th circuit makes that moot by then with the Nevada case currently before them.

If a vote becomes unnecessary in Oregon, then Colorado is the most likely candidate, but not until '16. There will also likely be votes in Michigan & Ohio as well.

A lot depends on how quickly the 40+ court cases move through the appeals courts between now & then.

The push for gay "marriage" is all about gays mocking heterosexuals. Gays know they are disturbed and a small segment of society never to be truly accepted. This is shown in their constant exhibitionism. Thus, they mock. The only benefit they achieve in this is not having to testify against the illegal activities of their partners, which makes their little criminal conspiracies more effective. People will become more aware of this as the gays continue to challenge other norms and traditions. Their very sociopath natures scream that they will never be satisfied and they will never stop until more and more people are dragged into the pit of madness in which they live.

Hopefully all 50 states will legalize gay marriage sometime in the near future.

You'll get over it.

Or you'll die.

I wonder if Oregon will still go ahead with a referendum vote if the 9th circuit rules in our favor?

There are pros & cons either way.
