That only leaves one alternative. Ridicule.
Even though she might not feel it, it is certain that many are laughing at her.

.. Patricia is a sociopath ..
And quite obviously so.

Her stupidity is sometimes the funniest moment in my day.
I sometimes feel ashamed for taking advantage of her, but the payoff is just SO FREAKING HILARIOUS! The devil's boss (god, with or without a big "G") makes me do it. I can't help myself!
I've fractured 4 of my ribs because of her!
I love her line on how she believes atheists don't believe in god IN SPITE of the god they DON'T believe in.

Logic?
Logic is non-existent in Patty's dictionary.

The mighty and glorious Westboro Baptist Church, led by the incomparable Reverend Fred Phelps has once again struck a blow against the donkey bonkers who are ruining this land. WBC will continue to be a beacon of sanity in a nation of gaytards. Thank you Reverend Phelps for striking a blow against the asspackers of the USA.

1. As Obama noted in his speech, the dumbed down description is 'love' or 'committed'. Those words describe many types of friendships. They do not define marriage. It is a clear and indisputable fact that the basic essence of marriage is a cross cultural constraint on evolutionary mating behavior. Unique among every other relationship in existence, and in fact, the natural and best birthplace of every other relationship.
2. You have no right to redefine other people's relationships. As SCOTUS notes several times, marriage is an essential relationship to society.
3. There is one natural family, simply because we have just one biological father and mother. All others are default families, and are so noted.
4. Your assertion that a couple should be required to produce children to be called marriage is no different than demanding that an apple tree be required to produce apples to be called an apple tree.
5. I don't care if you don't care about the essence of marriage. Your opinion, or mine does not change reality; Marriage is a cross cultural constraint on evolutionary mating behavior. Nothing you said addresses that fact.
Smile.
I decided to Google your favorite, little "definition" of marriage and found that you've been copying and pasting the same convoluted nonsense on other threads. You've been cheating on us! How many other bridges are you trolling under that we don't know about?

Getting back to responding to your post...
1. Marriage does not need to have a complex definition for the purposes of the government. Each couple has the right to define their relationship in their own unique way. It is private. No one needs to publicly declare the "terms" of their marriage, especially to you.

If marriage is "culturally constrained" and "evolutionary," it seems only logical that if our culture accepts ssm as a norm (our government makes it legal), then we have evolved. You can grunt like a neanderthal all you want, but our society *will* evolve without you.

2. How am I redefining anything? Have I tried to "redefine" your marriage? No, of course not.

Marriage is essential? Which kind?...under God or by the government? Did Adam and Eve have a marriage ceremony? Who walked Eve down the aisle? The fact is, marriage has not always been about particular defining terms that you favor so much. It was SIMPLY a committed, romantic union of two consenting humans. Heck, there have been oodles of marriages that were arranged and the couple DID NOT consent. Talk about constrained. So, you see, YOU cannot define marriage for other people; you can only define it for yourself and your wife.

3. You have no control over what kind of relationships families make up, so why do you try to devalue them?

4. I never asserted that a couple should be required to produce children. That's what YOU suggest with your arguments.

5. Your "definition" of marriage is not reality. Have you taken your meds today? I heard "Haldol" is an oldie but a goodie.

And you probably noticed all those different ID's were really all "one in the same" person - Miss Patty H. Itself.
I went back to the beginning of the Russell Springs thread when she was Yellodog and Pattiecake, and the 'Prove there's a god' thread. That's where it all came from.

It was "hallarious" to watch her answer herself in defense of Patty, just like she's doing now.

(He pronounces his name Hey Zeus. He has a couple of helpers, both named JOSE. I call them Hose A and Hose B in order to avoid confusion.)
Just proves that Zeus is the true god. It was a case of mistaken identity.

That was precisely the case with my first "parents-in-law", who saw fit to have their son committed to a psychiatric ward because of his homosexuality. He was out of the ward the following day, but his parents were referred to mental health counselling services, and it was THEM who, in fact, gained insight into their shortcomings.
After that initially rough beginning, I ended up with the best parents-in-law anyone could hope to have for many wonderful years, until their respective passing.
Unfortunately, my partner - their son - also passed away after 22 years together due to a massive myocardial infarction, which occurred without warning. I always knew that he and I would be together until death; neither of us could have known it would be so soon.
I have been fortunate enough to have found someone else with whom I am now spending the rest of my life. The universe has been very kind and good to me.
But yes, homophobes can benefit from psychiatric/mental health counselling.
Aside from the tragic passing of your partner that is a very good story to hear, as it is pleasing to see that some people do come around when they have learned the facts, rather than disowning their child for life, as I have heard some parents have done.

As for not expecting life to end up different than you thought it would, I can attest to similar experiences but not due to death, but one marriage breakup, a very upsetting loss of a second partner, due to her wanting another man, and some downturns in my life due to my earlier mental illnesses which ended my working career much earlier than I could ever have imagined, but having survived that, I now count it as a positive that I had 18 years more than most of "retirement" many years of which I put to good use, that I couldn't have done had I still be working.

.. this is exactly why I refuse to defend myself against her evil lies and innuendos ..
.. when Boooots justifies or defends his actions, he's playing into Patricia's hand. He's being manipulated by a pro and my heart goes out to him. He doesn't deserve such treatment and, if possible, Patricia would love to push him to his limit, send him back into treatment. Then she could gloat ..
<quoted text>
.. yes, Patricia is a sociopath. She is void of empathy and enjoys hurting people. She'd welcome the firing of Amy from her job so she could point a finger at Booots and say, "You crazzzzy person - you got someone fired." ..
.. everyone must understand this woman is seriously deranged ..
Don't worry, HL and PLH, I defend myself only to refute what Patty says, as I have no worries at all about what I did, as nothing I did could be construed as illegal, or destructive. The info and the reasons I gave all agencies for contacting them, were to do only with Patty's health and the possible impact that may be having on her mother's care.

If she was in Canada though, HL, I might contact our Canadian lawyer, because of all the attacks she has made on you and other gays on this site who is on the warpath against internet hate mongers, and has had some of them successfully put away or punished in some form. I think he would find Patty an interesting case. As I mentioned he also won a threatening case against a Virginia man, but a higher court threw that conviction out.

Perhaps he wouldn't bother with Patty though, as after reading her 60,000 posts he would likely see that she is unlikely to be taken seriously by anyone who might otherwise might be affected or influenced by her hate mongering. He might also recognize, as a lawyer, that any good defense attorney would get her off on a mentally incompetent plea.

I suspect, I could even represent her and be successful in getting her off on that plea, and I have no legal training or experience at all.

I think the hate-mongers should be as loud and outrageous as possible. At least you know what they're up to.

It's like with children. When they become conspicuously quiet is when you have to worry.

Quiet kids burn things with matches. Quiet hate-groups blow things up with bombs.

Avast ye knaves, fer tis time fer yet another story of Cap'n Jade, ye legendary bvtt pirate who is forever in search of more and more booty to plunder. In ye last episode Cap'n Jade had worked his stern chaser and come athwartship to ram his schooner astern into the prize ship. The poor parrot was knocked loose from it's moorings aboard Jade's shoulder and Jade fell out of the waterbed into the floor with a thunderous crash. Now he is shipwrecked, marooned without a ship to sail, for the SS Bill, the Wee Willy is sunk.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Pisces

You're raring to go today, especially on domestic projects. You'll achieve a tremendous amount if you're allowed to proceed at your own pace and in your own time, but you'll soon get ratty if you suspect someone is breathing down your neck or trying to tell you what to do. You'll also feel irritated with people you know really well, so be prepared for a few fireworks.
