Inspiration is a lot different than hand writing something. The Bible may have been inspired by the word (or perceived word) or God, but that does not make every word true.<quoted text>
try applying some wisdom to yourself.
the bible was not written by men.
the words are God's.
the bible is the INSPIRED word of God.
no man birthed those words.
"ALL scripture is given by the inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,.......
2 Tim 3:16
NO prophecy came by the will of man........
If the bible were merely mans word it would not be 100% trustworthy and true, and it would not be long standing and steadfast and unmoveable. It would not be called HOLY.
and it would not be accurate from begining to end.
the bible frightens the unbeliever.
I was once inspired to write a poem by observing a mother and daughter interacting on a autumn days....
That doesn't mean anything I wrote that day was actually true.
The Bible was written by a man's hand. And those same flawed hands rewrote, altered, ommitted, edited, translated, copied and "inspired" that book over and over. How else can you explain the change in meaning of SO many words in the Bible you use today?
It is not unmoving. It is not solid. It is not settled. It is not 100% accurate, true, or factual. To think that without question and common sense is simply naive. God gave you a brain to question and search for him without submitting to the will of the PEOPLE that will instruct you what to believe and how to believe it.
It's a shame you can't use a God given gift.
