I wonder how Newtie and Mittens feel about this. Let me guess, they'll use the cop-out that they can't comment because it's a pending case.

here we go, its legal, then its illegal, legal, illegal. Gay marriage will NEVER be accepted in society. Today's society will accept that someone is gay, but it will never accept marriage between same-sex genders. The word unconstitutional is only a by-word for these judges to get what they want. It sickens me to think that the U.S Gov. will bend over backwards for something so wrong and taboo.

Good for Kalifornia. Just another step toward its ultimate goal of becoming the modern version of Sodom and/or Gomorrah.

Rest assured...the Big One (my prediction: 8.1, epicenter Parkfield/Hollister) is one step closer, too.

Yes, and apparently left wing haters like you are safe.

I am sure many said the same of interracial marriage not so long ago.

7 states already do. Washington will soon.

It's inevitable. The biggest opponents of gay rights are the elderly and they're rapidly going away.

Ruling was 2-1, without even reading anything about which judge voted which way, I'll bet the morman judge appointed by Bush was the 1.

Interesting.... your post appears to come from MA, a state that has had marriage equality for same sex couples for 8 years.
How come no "Big One" has hit MA???

What gives the Federal Government the right to decide who may marry?

What's next? Will Obman now try to force the Roman Catholic Church to officiate same-sex marriages?

why do people in California vote at all? it is obvious that there voice doesn't matter. Just turn your vote over to the liberals or get the hell out.
