Double negative dumpling, you just told us you wanted "gay blood". If "you don't want no", it means you do want some.

“and how does this effect you?”

If I'm dying I don't care if the blood I get is from a gay person! I'd much rather do that than take it from someone who sleeps around!

Wonder if you will still feel that way when you get into a fight with Bubba at the local honky tonk and he shoots you in an artery?

All queers sleep around. The average homosexual male has over a thousand anonymous sex partners by the time he dies from AIDS.

That's not true in my experience. Most of the homosexuals I know are in the same relationship they were in years ago. My friend just got married after being in a relationship for 16 years.

I'm beginning to think that they should ban donations from folk in the Knoxville area. It may just be something in the water causing it, but God help us all if it's contagious.

Good for you. That's a smart move on your part. All educated homosexuals know that the blood of gay males is contaminated with pathogen and disease.
Lesbian blood usually does not have any contamination.
I am not a carrier of ANY illnesses that are contagious to persons who have been normally vaccinated, and I have no plans to interact with any isolated tribes.

For all of you who don't want blood from gay people: good! Then maybe some ignorance will die off!

Keep the ban, straight America doesn't want Aids.
Back in the 1980s gay activist were threatening to donate Aids infected blood to children's hospitals, they put bans on it for a reason.

The ban was enacted because there was no test that could ensure the safety of the blood supply in a cost effective manner, so they attempted to eliminate those at greatest risk of infection. There has been cost effective testing done on all blood donated since 1995. Those who imagine that the ban has ever applied to all persons who might be infected with HIV, it hasn't. Remember, more than 1/3 of those infected are female and most of the specifics of the ban did not exclude them. The vast majority of gay men are not HIV infected nor are they infected with any of the laundry list of other diseases and conditions screened for. A ban which excludes healthy donors but allows in potentially unhealthy ones, not worth keeping.
