Please feel free to articulate the delegation of homosexuals to second class citizens in light of civil unions and commercial contracts.

You don't get to re-define heterosexual MARRIAGE sorry.

Marriage is not a special right, and in many jurisdictions homosexuals are denied the right to legally marry. No jurisdiction can offer the full federal benefits of marriage to same sex couples as long as the patently unconstitutional DOMA is in place. It exists in every state in the unions, and you are incapable of articulating any valid reason why same sex couples should be denied equal protection of the law to marry.

Just when I think you couldn't say anything any dumber, you come out with a gem like this one.

The reality still remains that the diocese will end up losing money on this case.

Homosexuals are allowed to be married in ALL 50 STATES. It's been that way since Day One. Just ask Robert Reed, Rock Hudson and Meredith Baxter.

You are an idiot. Do homosexuals have a right to marry their same sex partner? Is there any compelling state interest served by denying same sex couples the right to marry?

If not, then there is no right to deny equal protection, and you are an imbecile. Actually, regardless, you are an imbecile.

Sorry, twink. Half this country doesn't buy into your "marriage" crapola. You people have civil unions in several states, and that's equal protection.

Sorry, foolish person, the US Constitution mandates that states provide equal protection of the laws for all persons within a state's jurisdiction, and only an idiot would not understand as much.

Sorry that you lack elementary reading comprehension skills that would allow you to weigh in on this on an adult level.

DOMA, dummy. Section 3 still hasn't made it through the Supreme Court.

Yeah, moron, that's exactly why it is unconstitutional.

Would you like to go further out of your way to prove you are an imbecile?

Would you like to further prove that you don't understand the constitution?
