The downfall of DOMA definitely gives gays legal standing to challenge EVERY state's ban on gay marriage. Just watch as the snowball starts rolling. Bigot states will now face a virtual, thundering juggernaught of civil suits against them that they have no hope of winning.

It's good to see the last vestige of the Dark Ages fading away.
