Unfortunately the GOP is in solid control of the Indiana legislature, and will almost certainly approve the amendment again in 2013 so it will go on the ballot in 2014.
This will be a VERY tough fight considering how conservative Indiana voters are. It will be even harder because the vote will be held in the midterm election when the electorate is least favorable to equality.
I'm not sure if we should put up anything more than a token effort to prevent passage. We'd probably be better off concentrating all our money & effort on the coming repeal attempt in Oregon, Ohio, Colorado, etc.
