We truly wish Justice Scalia would simply recuse himself......but seeing as that's not going to happen........we will just have to convince 5-6 others to rule in our favor!!!

Scalia needs to be removed from the bench if he believes the Constitution is dead, something he has sworn to uphold and has proven time and again his opinion matters more than doing his duty!!!

Even if one views the constitution as a dead, dead, dead, dead document, how does that alter the mandate that "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."?
