Michigan's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional, a federal judge said Friday as he struck down a law that was widely embraced by voters a decade ago - the latest in a recent series of decisions overturning similar prohibitions across the country.

Now why has a discriminatory law been placed on a ballot?
It never ceases to amaze me the trickery that is involved when it comes to having voters decide on moral issues. This seems to be the trend for courts to overturn acts in which the people have voted on.
Marriage should of been given exclusive church rights and never placed into a constitution.
