What that is referring to, is stating that no religious entity shall run this great country of ours. HOWEVER there is no article or bill of rights that prohibits a representative of the people from being influenced by religion.

I had found 28 reputable links that ranks 28 different Countries, Nations and/or Territories as having "the best educational system".

The Finnish system received a high rank in your example because they offer free schooling, lunches and various other necessities at all levels from elementary to college. So yes, the potential is there. Unfortunately many do not take advantage of these programs, and their overall graduation rates of High School and College is quite lower than the Graduation rates of White US citizens of both High School and College.(US Census)

In the U.S. Constituion, slaves were considered 3/5 of a man for census purposes. I guess they could not figure if "gays" were men or women. So, they received 0% of a man or woman. The are not in the Constitution or any of the Amendments no matter how you twist thje language. If they ever get in the Constitution it will be a Constituional Ban on "gay marriage". This is just reality.

Asian Americans score a higher PISA score than Finland does.

While African Americans score a lower PISA score than Turkey does.

Finland probably scores the highest PISA score in Europe for a reason.

Finnish people are the closest Europeans to Asians.

Besides Finnish people it is Asians who do the best in school.

The Asians don't have a better education system.

They have a more studious culture.

Hence why Asian Americans often score a higher PISA score than any country on Earth despite living in the U.S

When did whites crawl out of their caves for the first time? 30,000 years ago. At htat time, tghey were still Neandertahls.
