Others are more financially and politically entangled with Mosba for that to be viable.

Gotta run. It's time for ...

" ... a solis ortu usque ad occasum laudabile nomen Domini ... "

singing.

Yes that's true unfortunately.

I've always wanted to hear Psalm 112,3 sung in Latin. Attending a Tridentine Mass is still on my bucket list. So is an Orthodox Easter Service.

Psalm 112 is sung at dawn as part of the "Divine Office" by all Benedictines and some others.

Whether alone or in a group, we sing it as part of the daily Hallel Psalms each morning.

We end our day with the Psalm we consider our particular anthem:

We are, after all, "the poor ones". ;-)

Especially others in the EU who are getting most of their natural gas from Russia. They are supposed to be taking the lead in human rights but are too cowardly to stand up to the Bear.

Well, my dad said that if him and his buddies just pressed on for a few more weeks, they could've captured Moscow and we wouldn't be having all this trouble with them rite now.

That's a bit strongly worded for fact, but Europe has a ways to go before it has the energy independence to not be in bed with the one who keeps their industries running, and their grandmothers warm in the Winter.

Iceland is economically dependent to others in other ways, and is likely to say, "Aw-what-the-hell!"

Russia will sneer.

Remember, psychologically and culturally, Russians are size queen submissives.
