So they trick THEMSELVES, is what you're saying now. ANOTHER contradiction. I recommend that you keep your story straight, if you want to appear credible (though it's far too late for that).

Maybe they ACTUALLY THINK these skinny girls ARE attractive, have you considered that? What's wrong with "skinny" (I notice you dropped the "ugly")? Most teenage boys will say that they find girls like CHEERLEADERS attractive. THAT is what makes them "fit in" better. How would claiming that an ugly person is attractive make someone "fit in"? Most gay people struggle with being outcasts. How would it help them "fit in" by being gay? You aren't making ANY sense.

You are NOW claiming that kids trick THEMSELVES (very different from being "evil" or "biological errors" or "indoctrinated") into liking someone that would only get them laughed at or beaten up, and that they do this to fit in.

Come on. You have GOT to be able to see how this makes NO sense, and how it goes in a COMPLETELY new direction from ANYTHING you've said so far.

Peoples upbringings make them in the direction of homosexuality, but it is the persons responsibility to not be gay and not make themselves biological errors.
What is it about someone's upbringing that makes them gay? My dad was a safety supervisor at a metal mill, he excells at automotive work, construction, fishing and hunting. A real "man's man", as they say. My mom was a librarian/court clerk who taught me how to love books and learning, and not to believe wild stories without a thorough investigation. What is it they did wrong, do you suppose? They've modeled an ideal marriage (50 years last August!), and my dad had a real way with the ladies. Oh, and my brother, who was raised by the very same people, is NOT gay.

Have you checked into the upbringing of MANY gay people? What kind of research have you done on this, to arrive at your conclusion? How should parents CHANGE their parenting tactics, to AVOID having a gay child?

You must have a long list of comprehensive answers, since you sound like you think you're knowledgable about this subject.

Right. And the same can be said for interracial marriage. And for Catholics marrying Protestants.
And for left-handed people marrying right-handed people.
No public "judgement intended". It's just that
the majority don't like interracial marriage.
Or Catholics marrying Protestants, or lefties marrying righties.
And what the majority likes or dislikes
should determine the law vis-a-vis minorities.
It's only fair.
Link, please.

The argument is specious and is due to be rendered void in a couple of months.

Teenagers know their sexuality because they are brought healthily. And Kids aren't always fixated on sex, such lies. It is easy to indoctrinate a kid, because their sexuality is just forming, but it would take a very long time to change my sexuality because it has already formed. And actually teenagers are tricked into finding skinny ugly girls attractive when really they don't find them attractive. Just because the person has wronged you doesn't mean they can just be hated, they are still people. And no, you have no right to say that, what people think of others is none of your business.
As with any dogmatic pronouncement, it lacks research support.

You can go sit in the corner with the dogmatic freudian fiction-writing club. I understand that the the first few cups of koolaid are free.

Not in the "Declaration", either. Check the wording closely. "Creator" is used. That's pure Deist, not Theist.
Even THAT slight usage was only to subvert the claim to the "divine right of kings" that christendom promulgated.
I know......but these idiots can think on their own and it hopefully made the point I wanted to make!!!

Where is that top part a law in California? There are 18,000 legally married Same-Sex Couples whose marriages are as legal, valid and recognized today as they were when they were performed!!!

It looks as if what you have done is copy and pasted someone from the legal brief of the proponents of Prop 8.......which means IT'S NOT LAW!!!

I believe you are being sarcastic, but your quote is not law, but from a brief.

The Ca supreme court found the opposite:

"While retention of the limitation of marriage to opposite-sex couples is not needed to preserve the rights and benefits of opposite-sex couples, the exclusion of same sex couples from the designation of marriage works a real and appreciable harm upon same-sex couples and their children." (p.117)

Additionally, the court found "the statutory provisions that continue to limit access to this designation exclusively to opposite sex couples likely will be viewed as an official statement that the family relationship of same sex couples is not of comparable stature or equal dignity to the family relationship of opposite-sex couples." (p.118)

Further: "it is instructive to recall in this regard that the traditional, well-established legal rules and practices of our not-so-distant past (1) barred interracial marriage,(2) upheld the routine exclusion of women from many occupations and official duties, and (3) considered the relegation of racial minorities to separate and assertedly equivalent public facilities and institutions as constitutionally equal treatment." ""If we have learned anything from the significant evolution in the prevailing societal views and official policies toward members of minority races and toward women over the past half-century, it is that even the most familiar and generally accepted of social practices and traditions often mask unfairness and inequality that frequently is not recognized or appreciated by those not directly harmed by those practices or traditions."

"Conventional understanding of marriage must yield to a more contemporary appreciation of the rights entitled to constitutional protection. Interpreting our state constitutional provisions in accordance with firmly established equal protection principles leads inevitably to the conclusion that gay persons are entitled to marry the otherwise qualified same sex partner of their choice." "To decide otherwise would require us to apply one set of constitutional principles to gay persons and another to all others."

I guess the stench from your old skank whore mother's lady hole is making you woozy. They DO have soap in your town, don't they? Perhaps she may find it useful.

I just found an old recipe of my mother's I want to try. It's for "Maple Pecan Chiffon Cake". I'm thinking of making a few for the school fundraiser. Do you think it will go over well?
