Democrats are Evil. PURE EVIL.

I lived in Huntington, West Virginia from 1978 thru late December, 1980 and this guy was my congressman there.

He was a BUM then, and he's a BUM now.

Then it's time the Dems vote him out of office.

When you go against a party platform, you are no longer part of the party.

He is presently one of the longest-serving members in congress, having served over 35 consecutive years. One of the things he has voted for is cutting all the tops off the mountains of West Virginia to get the coal out, and then just leaving the land destroyed. He has said that he believes that the Environmental Protection Agency should be abolished, and a "Federal Coal Agency" established to promote the use of coal to replace oil, natural gas, nuclear power, and renewable energy sources.

And West Virginia's 3 person congressional delegation consists of 2 Republicans and this BUM. The Republicans don't want him ! Apparently the Democrats there are happy to have him because he apparently represents THEIR interests.

All just more reason to get rid of him.

Be careful. We *like* it when Republicans go against *their* party's platform....

Actually I'd prefer people elected as a GOP or Dem be required to follow their respective party platform; that way you know what you're actually getting when you vote for a particular person if they claim affiliation to a particular party.

There should be a basic set of issues (i.e. the platform) which every member of the party should be required to support if they want the money & support of the party come election time.

That would also likely lead to viable 3rd parties to fill the void between liberal & conservative. I'd love to have a party I can support for more than just one or two issues, or having to choose between the lesser of two evils.

You keep saying this, and I keep wondering what my evil acts are, or when they'll start.

I think your brush may be just a LITTLE too broad. A stipple brush will allow you to single out individuals better, rather than mass-painting hundreds of thousands of people who do NOT share the views of people like Rahall here. You know, people who have been supporting and fighting for your rights in oppostion to the vast majority of Republicans.

But what can I expect from a Weyland Yutani shill!

That's too bad, but no one forced you to live there. You won't get any more sympathy now than you did the first 3000 times you posted that comment.

Come on all just show your brain. Sign onto this. And just see how many large corporations and major supporters of the United States would leave America. Take there money, married couples gay and straight out of this great country of ours. Just keep it up and America will see how corporate America is run and where their money will go. By, by Marriage for all will soon be legal for all in the United States. We have to if we wish to thrive and build.

You keep saying that. But instead it just keeps getting better and better.

Since The Obamaniac took office, The Democrats have lost HUNDREDS of seats (collectively) in the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, governorships, state senates, and state assemblies (by whatever name the various states call them, except Nebraska).

Republicans are like dogs. Easily trained and led. Democrats are like cats. Not so much of either.
Libertarians are figments of their own imagination.
