This really ISN'T a setback at all and Tennessee will fall just like the other states........all this shows is that there is still more work to be done!!!

The Tennessee judge didn't do his homework
.
These very same voters who voted AGAINST gay rights in Chattanooga voted FOR Federal Government control of marriage in 1996 when they passed the Federal Defense of Marriage Act
.
So the states and their voters don't have diddly to say about marriage anymore
.
They voted away their rights to define marriage in 1996
