The problem isn't really whether the dog is gay or not. The problem is the owner's homophobia, which I detect you share.
The guy, like millions of other losers, just wanted to dump his dog and needed an excuse. Gays gave him one. He's a scumbag for dog dumping, something I know for certain some gays share with him because I once fostered a dog that had been dumped by a gay. And I know of several other dogs also dumped by gays. Whether you know or it not, there are far worse acts to commit than saying something negative about gay people.

Frankly, at first, I thought this might be from 'The Onion', but sadly it is not.

I see another hit show on TLC coming:

The dog in question has already been adopted; he will not be put down. Call for yourself and hear it from a worker.

Thank yourselves for this one, gays - all that talk about "gay animals." Yes, it is dominance behavior. I have a female dog who humps a male cat, and both of them have their sex organs removed. Now what do you call her? Yes, the owner was an ignoramus and jackwagon to boot, but he got that "gay dog" idea from gays, who have never seemed to realize that ideas have unintended consequences.
Sometimes it's dominance games. Sometimes it's just auto-eroticism with whatever is available. Sometimes it is not.

Spaying/neutering a mammal, especially if it is done after they reach puberty does not preclude erotic behaviors. The hormones involved are not produced solely by the primary gonadal tissues.

I had a cat that was born neuter, but his muscle development was equivalent to that of a full tom on steroids.

The Endocrine System is more subtle and nuanced that most people imagine.

I think you meant "hoosiers". And I don't think you meant the Indiana type hoosier, which is not a derogatory word.

A 'hoser' could be a person who "sprinkles" on another? A liker of 'golden showers'?

Definitely sounds more interesting than Here Comes Honey Boo Boo & her fat azz mom talking about how she loves to crop dust people on elevators which now I know means farting on elevator & getting off leaving bunch people stuck on it to smell it.

You may be correct that the scum bag already wanted to dump the dog before he decided that it was gay. It's hardly relevant, though. When you adopt an animal, you make a commitment. Anyone who breaks that commitment is scum--whatever the reason. The fact that he chose to make it about being gay just makes him that much trashier.

As for your experience with dogs that formerly belonged to gays, I am sorry to say that our class doesn't seem to be any better than any other. We gays like to imagine that we are better than others, just like Christians are under the delusion that they are better than other religious people, and religious people generally are under the delusion that they are better than non-religious people.

Alas, there is no evidence that any group of people is better, on average, than any other group of people. And the assumption that one group is better than the other causes many problems in our world.

Ignorant owes to Wow nerves ceases to amaze me just how ignorant most of the U.S is we have the #1 collegiate schools , even foreigners have their kids attend here. It seems that this stupidity occurs mostly in the south, lack of education ? Lack of proper upbringing ? Or just plain stupidness in its purest form. I was always taught never argue with an idiot you'll never win and when someone talking about something they clearly don't know anything about don't add to the conversation just kindly excuse yourself and walk away.
Prejudice is learned, and at an early age, before the ability for critical thinking is developed. It then becomes an emotional reaction rather than in intellectual one. Rationalizations are invented, but rational thought is rejected.

Laws and social systems that discriminate, as well as prejudice being preached by those who claim the authority of God, teach this prejudice to children and adults as well. While many reject the teachings as irrational and harmful, they have appeal to others.

So the ignorance is not the same as being stupid, though once exposed to the facts of life that show prejudice is irrational, there becomes little difference between willful ignorance and stupidity.

Either way, we know for certain, prejudice and discrimination cause needless suffering and death.

Yes, there are far worse acts than saying negative things...

Like using the law to harm through laws like DADT, DOMA, and the other laws that deny equal treatment.

And hate crimes, and imprisonment, torture and death as still required by law in some parts of the world as a result of the prejudice promoted by those who say negative things about gay people.

"Ideology assailants report that their crimes stem from their negative beliefs and attitudes about homosexuality that they perceive other people in the community share. They see themselves as enforcing social morals." (APA) Hate crimes against gay people are the highest per person in the U.S. Attacks against gay people are more severe and violent than for other groups according to the FBI.

I am glad to hear that. Most "pit bull" type dogs are perfectly sweet and loving animals.

It wasn't the shelter who said to kill the dog bc it was gay, it was the stupid ass owner who thought his dog was gay, bc he is a dumb ass.
